3.- Speakers and any sound systems must be used with discretion, only for yourself, with disturbing other guests or neighbours.
4.- Only guests are allowed, no visitors.
5.- You may not enter this area with food or drinks.
6.- Ball games not allowed. May not jump and dive into the pool either.
7.- Children must always be in the company of an adult. Child care is exclusively the responsability of parents and caretakers.
8.- Guests who do not respect the accommodation rules shall lose their 100 euro deposit and will be asked to leave the premises, losing their reservation and all the money paid for it without refund.

Less then 3-minute walking distance you will find everything you need, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakeries, fruit shops, bars, and restaurants.
The neighborhood of La Encarnación is very centric, walking distance from the main attraction sites such as The Cathedral, Real Alcazar and Torre de Oro.
Less than 2 minutes away from us you will find the famous Setas de Sevilla.
