The space
We realised this small hotel in my grandparents' house.
There are 15 rooms. Some are big and some small, some have a brick-vaulted ceiling other not. All rooms have private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea.
There is a breakfast room, a little living room, a portico, a garden, a pool and private parking.

Guest access
Our guest have access to the pool, the garden, the portico and the private parking.
The breakfast room is available from 8,30 to 10 and during rainy days it can be used as living room as well.
There is a TV in the living room, but there aren't any TVs in the bedrooms.
Wi-Fi coverage is available in the office area and garden. Some rooms are covered as well.

Other things to note
A city tax of € 0,70 per person per day has to be paid. This tax is due for the first 5 nights of your stay only. It has to be paid cash on arrival. Children up to 11 years don't need to pay it.

Neighborhood highlights

We live on a hill in the small village of Ranzi. This is part of the sea town of Pietra Ligure. From here there is a wonderful view over the Mediterranean sea. Higher on the hill the woods starts and open air activities can be practised. Thanks to the good climate of Liguria this is possible in every season. 350 people only live in our village and there is a fine restaurant. Recently we got a playground and a small public park as well.
