Stephanie’s casita was a great spot for the night before our flight out of CUN. She met us upon arrival, and took the time to walk us thru the property (including a tour of their beautiful gardens). Bed was comfy, and unit itself was cute and well maintained. We were able to find a nice restaurant and a bakery with the host’s direction. Great little family (met Stephanie’s mom) run property. Uber from this location to catch our flight was ~ $7 USD/10 minute drive.

Very cute place, within easy reach of all places. It is one minute from the bus stop that goes to the Hotel Zone and buses at all times. The bus that goes to the hotel area is the R-2- 15. It is next to the supermarket and restaurants. Very quiet place, no noise. Very good, air-conditioned and well clean. The only thing you miss is the shower that has little pressure, but you can use it.

I had a great stay. Even though for the change of season, there were some details, but Alfredo was very attentive and communicative during the process and everything was resolved. The best detail of the location is access to transportation, like almost every 2 or 3 minutes they spend collectives and trucks, and it makes it very easy to get out and come back. The place is private and the area is very quiet. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the water garafon, which is always important. The internet was very stable and fast. I recommend this place during your stay in Cancun.

We stayed in Cancun for a few nights and this apartment was perfect, well maintained and the owners (who live in the accommodation next door) are very nice and take good care of it. The outdoor garden is also very nice. Highly recommend it!

Excellent location. Lots of places to eat. Collectivo goes right by the front door. Very centrally located to meet our needs.

Everything is the same as the description, the only thing I did not like was the curtain, since it gave the sun directly in the mornings and in the afternoons; in the night when the light came on, everything was visible from the outside.

I stayed at this location for a month. The hosts were amazing and very friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed, and the AC worked well. The beach was incredible—most of the time, I had it all to myself. The location is private, and while the main town is a bit farther away (about 10 to 20 minutes), it’s easy to reach by taxi or local bus. You can also rent a scooter or golf cart to get around, though it can be pricey. There are a couple of walkable places to eat nearby, but not a lot of variety. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely stay here again in the future. I gave it top ratings all around. If you’re staying longer than a week, just be aware that there are additional fees for fresh linens and towels—but it’s not a big deal.

Israel was always in communication with us, was very kind to allow us to extend the departure time of the Airbnb, I highly recommend staying with him!
