Domeček POD KOSTELEM

Newly renovated 19th century manor house. The entire house with a separate entrance, a terrace with a grill and parking is available. The house has a convenient location in the center of Hluboká, less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We would like guests to feel like they are visiting good friends, where they can, among other things, enjoy the comfort of our reading corner with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, and they can enjoy a cozy sleep on an elevated stage under the stairs on the site of the former furnace.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Modern and peaceful accommodation in a spacious 2+kk (2 bedrooms + kitchenette) apartment with a separate entrance in the village of Borek near České Budějovice. Ideal for couples, families, and business stays. The apartment offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 3 people (double bed + single bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and pleasant amenities for relaxation. A big advantage is the hassle-free parking right in front of the house. Within walking distance, there is a popular Biotop swimming pool, perfect for summer relaxation.

This quiet, newly built modern duplex apartment is designed as a 1 + kk. The whole space is airy and pleasantly modernly furnished. In the living room there is a social and dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped. In the sleeping area located on the open floor under the roof, which is accessible by a wooden staircase, there is a double bed and a bunk bed with two beds. From the apartment there is a direct entrance to the terrace, from which there is a beautiful view of the Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle.

Our Samson Guesthouse is not only a perfect relaxing location, you will also be pleased with its proximity to South Bohemian monuments, such as Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, or Třeboň. Lovers of walks will also find their own, thanks to the large forest, literally "a stone's throw" from the guest house. If you are a bit more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists, so that you can not only do sports, but also relax.

Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change.
