We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, perfect for walking and cycling around Roztocze, canoeing and summer activities.

Przystan Roztocze is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. A spacious house with an area of 185 m2. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.

Forest House on the Tanwią / Riverclose Cottage

The cottage is located in a quiet summer housing estate in the middle of the Solska Forest. Here you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the singing of birds and the fresh air of the pine forest. There are many walking and cycling routes in the area, and canoeing trips are organized on the Tanew River, which flows 50m from the cottage. In the evening, we recommend lighting a fire or a barbecue :)

Ale Chata - Ale Chatki

We named the first house Ale Chata. When we first came to see it, we could not hide our admiration for its beauty and the greenery that surrounds it. Before we started talking about buying with the then owners, we said "we'll take it" ... and that was the end of the negotiations. The house can accommodate 10 people. It has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a shared living room, a kitchen with a dining area and a tiled stove.

Roztocze, Susiec, Paary - Bee and Friends

A more than 100-year-old yard at the end of the quiet village of Paary between Suśce and Narol in the Central Roztocze. The property is located in the Solska Forest Landscape Park. A large yard with an orchard to the east and to the west borders directly with the picturesque fields typical of Roztocze from the north with the above-mentioned Forest.

Amidst the picturesque Roztocze fields, fragrant forests, away from the urban hustle and bustle, we decided to build our cottage, which we called "Sosnowy Taras". Located near the small town of Susiec, it is an ideal place where you can breathe fresh air and relax while communing with nature.
