Are looking for a truely remote countryside holiday cottage with walks and cycle routes right on your doorstep. Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in Langstrothdale. Surrounded by scenic countryside and walks right outside your front door. Whether you are a cyclist, walker or dog walker you will enjoy the scenery and of course the wildlife. If you are very lucky you might even see a red squirrel. Bringing up to 3 dogs is a £30 extra, must be added at time of booking.

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by. There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

Front garden to sit and enjoy the views of Pen-y-ghent, or enjoy breakfast in bed with the view. Please note we are a dog friendly cottage. We take great care in our cleaning after each guest yet sometimes a few hairs can still be around.
