The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

We love your stay at Emerson's place! A very beautiful place, pleasant, spacious, quiet neighborhood… we experience great moments of rest and peace close to nature, and enjoy the spaces of the lawn, swimming pool and gourmet area. We spent very hot days, and having the air conditioning in the rooms was wonderful. Emerson was an excellent host, quick and simple communication. Large and well located condominium, near the avenue with several options of commerce. Great experience!

The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

Spacious, pleasant location, functional and charming balcony, quiet neighborhood of farms. It's even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Delicious pool. Cleo is very attentive and kind. We spent 17 wonderful days with the family and everyone loved it. It will be my home whenever I need to return to Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.

Ivan's house is great for recharging energy, it is a very quiet place, where the most that can be heard are the noises of nature. Ivan is a great host, being very friendly and always willing to ask questions and give suggestions for places to go to Itatiba.

Our stay was wonderful, my family and I spent a wonderful weekend, the house is very clean and organized, the farmhouse is beautiful, with an amazing view. Host Xandão very helpful, he told me when I needed. we'll be back when I can, I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay ( like the photos) and you don’t feel you are so close to the city center. Ricardo was very supportive and the whole place is very clean . The only thing for improvement is the WiFi quality, which is quite low and becomes a problem if you have to work from there .

I really liked the space, it was what I expected, the house backyard is amazing a lot of space. Our puppy had a lot of fun! I also love trees, plants, have a lot of fruit in the backyard. City had pretty much everything I needed in the house, even ironing iron! The rooms were good, bathrooms as well. My family members missed a TV in the room, but that was a small detail. We like it very much and intend to come back! The hostess gave clear information what made the whole process easier!

We were in a group of 9 people, among friends and family, and everyone liked the house. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and well located, with everything close by (restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets, ice cream shops, butcher shops, wineries, barzinhos, etc.). In fact, in most of the establishments it is possible to walk. There are small stitches that can improve, but all of them easy to solve and nothing to hinder the stay (a little stuck doorknob and light breakers with poor contact). Of all, the house, the neighborhood and the city as a whole are a delight! If we had the chance to come back to Indaiatuba, we would certainly choose this home!

I went to work, Ivanilda was kind at check out, clean house, extremely quiet neighborhood. We were in five, we were well accommodated muiiiiiitooooo and still had small treats, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, detergent and mineral water, including in the refrigerator.

Ari was extremely request when answering my early check-in request. He sent a video showing the house clarifying any questions we might have. Cozy and clean environment.

Very nice and complete place. Location is good at the time of arriving and leaving the city. Perhaps the only criticism, if it is to point out any, is that the double bed - as I saw in other comments - there is a split in the middle that is very hard and loud, which makes it impossible for a couple to sleep together. But in general, it's worth it. For those who go to the parks is very close!

The house was clean, had a good internet connection, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower is good and the bed is comfortable, everything I needed to spend a week of work in the area. I recommend it.
