Very good place, clean and safe.

Well located and equipped apartment: there is a market just in front and restaurants in the surroundings; and it has all the basic appliances to feel at home. I liked to be on a high floor and, consequently, very sunlit.

All good as always. It was my third time there. It’s not the newest apartment, but there is something that makes me feel at home instantly. Only negative point, but this is not the owners vault - one of the two elevators that are reaching the floor of the apartment was out of order. So, calling the elevator took a little more time than usual. This is, of course, just a temporary condition.

Easy access and good communication with the host. The check-in times could be a little more flexible.

The home with Jay was wonderful!! His apartment is wonderful and matches the photos, in addition, he has always shown himself to be present on the trip. With tips of places to go and communication with him super fast too. He was a dear all the time and very polite. I highly recommend your stay, a quiet and well cleaned place as well. Super cozy! Note mil!!

My stay was perfect. The accommodations are even better than in the photos. The location is wonderful, very close to the point of restaurants, pastry shops and bars. Marcela was super attentive, kind and friendly. She even left us a treat. A delicious honey bread. I'm just grateful.

This was a great experience! The apartment is the same as in the photo, when I entered I was already impressed with the good smell, very clean apartment and with everything I needed to spend my days there. Small but super cozy. If necessary, I will definitely rent the apartment again.

Awesome. I already anticipate that although I stayed on one of the hottest days of the year (Jan/25), even though I did not have air-conditioning the ceiling fan, it refreshes the environment well, in addition to the ultimate ventilation. They can schedule without fear, excellent cost x benefit ratio. I intend on my next trips to Campinas being available and keeping the same amount of stay again.

Rosangela's place was perfect, it is located in secure condominium complex with great amenities! I would recommend it for everyone who stays near Campinas.

Attentive host, came to greet me with her son, helped us with what we needed, cozy house, had what we needed and with a market, pharmacy nearby. We liked it.

It's not my first time staying in Márcia's apartment anymore, and every stay is an amazing experience. The apartment is super cozy, with a decoration that makes you feel right at home. A very special detail is that Márcia always leaves an affectionate note with chocolate, which makes me feel very welcome. In addition, there is water and coffee available, a touch that really makes a difference, providing extra comfort during the stay. Communication with Márcia is also excellent; she is always available to help with any questions. I recommend Marcia's apartment for those looking for a warm place and full of small details that make the experience even more enjoyable!

Flawless apartment, clean, wonderful, super chic, well decorated! Very good location, the building has a 24-hour doorman, super friendly and kind, heated pool and jacuzzi, sauna and full gym! The co-host was super helpful! I'm sure they'll come back more often!
