Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Horseshoe Bay

Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond whenever I had any questions. The place was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was very accommodating for those with big families. Would definitely recommend to others :)

We stayed at Matt & Jen's Place at Horseshoe Bay while in town for our son’s wedding, and it was everything we hoped for and more. What a lovely, fun home! There was plenty of space for our entire family, and the variety of games kept everyone entertained throughout the stay. One of the highlights was having a well-equipped kitchen — it had everything my husband needed to bake our son’s wedding cake, which made the experience even more special. The home was comfortable, clean, and truly felt like a retreat where we could relax and enjoy being together during such a meaningful time. If you're looking for a spacious, inviting place to host family or friends, this is it. We are so grateful we found it and would absolutely recommend staying here!

It was an awesome stay! We went to the Longhorn caverns and it was a great experience. We didn’t know it was by tour only though, so that could be helpful info to anyone headed there. The house was amazing though and it was our little vacation while not at the caves.

A great spot & host! Everything was clean & comfortable, the area was super nice and Joshua was an incredibly friendly. He had a great recommendation for dinner and was quick to answer all our questions and message us back! Can’t wait to come back when we’re back in the area!

Melanie's ranch home is a nice accommodation for the price. It is private and peaceful on a large acreage property. It is convenient to local wineries and equally distanced between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The kitchen is well stocked and easy for entertaining. We had one issue with the ranch dogs barking late at night, but Melanie took care of it immediately. For guests with mobility issues, just know that the only access to the upstairs bedrooms (one which is a loft with no privacy) is a narrow, spiral staircase. I would recommend this for a quick getaway for a girl's weekend. We had a blast!

Place was beautiful. Neighbors were really friendly. All the amenities were such a plus and my kids enjoyed the pool and the beach the most. We really enjoyed the golf-cart and took it around to explore. This was a great get away in a peaceful place.

10/10 ⭐️ We LOVED our stay here! The AC froze and Autumn was on it immediately and had it fixed within a few hours! We had plans anyway and the place was cooled off by the time we got back. Her communication was excellent and the spot itself- GORGEOUS!!! The plants everywhere were beautiful. Really made you feel comfy! Super close to downtown and had good food all around! Would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!

We always enjoy our stay at the baby cape. The location is perfect, day docks are convenient, the condo is cozy and comfy. THE AC WORKS GREAT!!!!!! Julie is great at communicating back and forth and very caring and understanding of a situation we had during our stay. She went above and beyond and most definitely didn't have to. We always look forward to going back. Thank you Julie for always hosting us. 😊

This was such a beautiful home nestled in the trees. It was the perfect place to get away for the weekend and enjoy the hill country and lake Travis.

Wendy's home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard area was our favorite. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning. In the evenings the yard games and plunge pool ended a perfect day. The location is great. River access was challenging for some of the smaller kids but we planned accordingly and made sure we had everything we needed so we only had to come back up the stairs once a day. Overall I highly recommend.

We escaped for a quick couple days away. It was wonderful and relaxing. The property is peaceful. I enjoyed all the amenities. Thank you for sharing your place with us if you wanted.

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cute, and super comfortable, with everything we needed. What really stood out, though, was the communication—friendly, helpful, and responsive, which is surprisingly rare these days. Huge thank you to the hosts for making everything so easy. The Bunkhouse is amazing! So much attention to detail makes the Bunkhouse a very cozy get away for a couple, family or group. The property has something for everyone! The pool temperature was perfect, beds were super cozy and the kids enjoyed pickleball on the sport court. We enjoyed fresh veggies from the garden and our grandson loved following the chickens around the property. Sandi was an excellent host and treated us with some delicious fresh banana bread! We loved our stay! We will definitely be back!!
