Lovely, modern place. Super clean and tidy, everything you need provided and the host is really helpful. The neighbours are also really friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay for a few nights. Nicola was very accommodating with the our two young kids. Beautiful, clean and functional little place!

This is our second stay and I hope not the last. It's a lovely place and so safe and quiet. Deborah & Phil are lovely people too. 5 stars all the way, can't beat that!! :)

Well all i can say about our stay with Suzanne and Martin they were great hosts and the annex is one of the best places we have stayed in very clean and felt like home the area is also great you can get the local bus to guildford where there are some great shops and bars the local pub is highly recommended also there is a great golf course a four minute drive so if you get a chance to book the annex do so you wont be disappointed.
