Beautiful house with lots of space in nature. No immediate neighbors and with a large property directly by the forest.

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice host, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

The house was really big with separate bathrooms and it was really nicely decorated. The house and pool were very clean and the garden was beautiful with an amazing view. The area was very safe and there was a lot to explore in the area. We highly recommend this house!

Everything was perfect, very clean, well-equiped and nice house. The only thing to critisize was that we could not lock the bathroom downstairs and found the bed in the dormitory downstairs too soft.

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. The most important utensils were available, even toys and a travel cot, as well as children's plates and mugs were to be found. Communication was quick, easy, and friendly. Surroundings is quiet with a great backdrop on the lake.

Our short break in the vacation home of Petra and Michael was all around great. The amenities were great, everything your heart desires is available. We were three families who visited the house and our individual needs were already asked in advance. There was plenty of activity material available for the accompanying children - both indoors and outdoors. The surroundings are very beautiful and there is a lot to discover. Petra's tips on possible leisure activities with the children were also very valuable. It was a nice time and we felt very well taken care of. A great house with upscale amenities and very friendly landlords :-) Thank you!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We have been able to use this Airbnb for 3 weeks. The many positive reviews actually speak for themselves. We have enjoyed. For those who love a beautiful quiet environment with a lovely nature that invites hiking and/or mountain biking, this is "the place to be" In addition, you have a beautiful authentic (in my opinion) large German house located on a hill and that is equipped with all comforts. Especially enjoy the view from the balcony and the magnificent silence. Unfortunately, we residents of the Rotterdam area have not been used to this for years and will certainly miss it. Hans is a perfect host who responds quickly, kindly and adequately to any questions. His explanation of the route to follow, the intake and any other possibilities was clear. Too bad a few important attractions (natural pool, toboggan run) in Grafenau were closed in late May, early June. It will not surprise you that I highly recommend the house, location and surroundings

We spent a weekend at Ferdinand's and it was wonderful. The surroundings and tranquility were particularly nice. Everything you need or want is there. It was all very clean. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended by us.

Very cozy and beautiful house, with a great location next to the national park. Anna is a very friendly and helpful host, gave tons of different recommendations for restaurants, cafes and places to go out. We enjoyed everything very much, will definitely come back again!

Lovely place, great location

The house was smaller and cozy, everything matched the photos. Everything was beautifully clean and ready according to the promised description.

Before departure, we communicated several times, everything worked out great. We - Family 8 adults, 4 children and 1 dog -, were already able to check in online. On the day of arrival, the house was ready and was found as described and illustrated. Everything very clean and in great condition. The 2 bedrooms on the upper floor are very large, 1 bedroom normal size, the two on the ground floor also normal size. The bathrooms were okay, but we would have liked some storage space here. The kitchen was well equipped, but we could have used a larger refrigerator. It was very warm, so we had to store a lot of things there, which was not enough and we went shopping every day. The darkening of the SZ was not sufficient for us (blankets in front of the windows helped here), and the large SZ heated up a lot (air conditioning would be great). In the outdoor area, there was only 1 umbrella for 2 tables, but it was okay. Bread roll service would be great, as the shop is not nearby!

The little cottage is exactly as described. It has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, everything was very clean. The location is very quiet and the beautiful Haslach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Anita is a very nice host, the communication was excellent and we were allowed to arrive - and leave very flexibly. The surroundings are magnificent and invite you to hike, cycle and swim. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back, maybe also for winter sports.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

we arrived a little later after some complications, this was no problem at all. We were warmly welcomed and immediately a tour with an explanation of everything. Everything was super clean and there was even some goodies to drink ready. We got some more fun tips for the area. We felt right at home. This airbnb is definitely recommended, we would love to come back here

We had a nice week at the accommodation were in Krumau in 6 minutes by car. What we also liked very much was the smart TV and everything you needed was there. We also use the garden for badminton play as the area was large enough and the size of the gazebo is great for grilling or like us for breakfast. highly recommended if you like it quiet but not quite off the shot happy to come back

I requested the accommodation only in the afternoon of the same day. Hildegart contacted us immediately and was super spontaneous with the confirmation. Everything was very lovingly decorated and extremely clean. I was warmly welcomed and also warmly said goodbye again. Hildegart's husband gave me a detailed tour of his passion, beekeeping. The apartment is in a quiet but central location in the village. Great recommendation! I'll be back for sure!

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature.
