The place is very nice, cozy, extremely clean. Hericson responded very quickly. Check-in and very simple instructions and a lock with a perfect and updated security system. Environment as advertised. Quiet neighborhood without nearby noise. The ideal neighborhood to rest after you arrive from the beaches and shows. I loved it. I'll definitely be staying with Hericson again.

I needed a place to accommodate my mother and brother near CT Ceará at the last minute, and I was lucky to find Patrícia. Although the dates were not initially available, I explained the urgent situation, with my mother and brother arriving at the bus station with nowhere to stay. Patrícia was extremely humane and understanding, striving to help us in such a delicate time. Her house is simply excellent: very well decorated, cared for, safe and secure. The kitchen deserves to be highlighted, being spectacular and super functional, which made the stay even more comfortable for my mother and brother, who stayed there for a week. In addition, her brother is also an incredible person, very attentive and friendly, which only reinforced the welcome we received. Patrícia and her home made all the difference to us. I highly recommend the stay and thank her for her humanity and generosity. Without a doubt, an exemplary host!
