Shafiq’s place was just what I needed while I was in Birmingham on a clinical rotation. The space was beautiful, well decorated, and I can tell they put effort into thinking of everything you could need. Shafiq was extremely helpful with navigating any issues I had while I was there. He was extremely proactive, responsive, and ensured my comfort was prioritized. The stay is very conveniently located near downtown Birmingham - with so much to explore in the city! If ever in the area again I would stay at Shafiq’s place, no doubt!

Kathy was very friendly. Her place was spotless and had all of the necessary supplies plus more. She also checked on me to make sure I was prepared for the possible ice storm. The neighborhood is peaceful day and night. I would definitely recommend her airbnb to others.

Location in the hilly historic neighborhood south of downtown was great-almost a time capsule in ways. The unit itself had that wonderful vintage feel complete with sloping floors. Bathroom and kitchen were updated and fully functional, and we liked the retro decorating. We used the back bedroom-was quite comfortable. I'd stay there again if I was ever back in Birmingham.
