New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.
