Waterfront vacation rentals in Hood River County

Nice property right by the River. Comfortable stay and a good value. Beds were comfortable. The hosts set up a fire in the fire pit for us which was a nice bonus. They were also flexible on check out time.

Linda, has put a lot of time, effort and care into her property. We could tell she is very proud of her place and it shows. The back patio was really what attracted me to her rental. She provides all the little thoughtful things from blankets, all the necessary items to BBQ. It was exactly what I had hoped for and more...

Had a wonderful (too quick!) stay - came up to Klickitat for a random night, booked last-minute, and honestly would love to come back and stay for longer. Linda was incredibly responsive and her guidance was first rate - from directions to “good things to know” to area recommendations, and the setting is absolutely stunning. We REALLY enjoyed our morning coffee on the glorious deck!! Overall a lovely experience in a VERY special place, and added bonus that our dogs could come, too. Of the many amenities in the area, we can personally attest to the proximity to biking and wine.

Amazing place off the beaten path. Beautiful canyon roads to reach this hidden peaceful retreat. Definitely needed the recharge just sitting my the river relaxing. Guy was a great host and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome!

Our stay was lovely! So many thoughtful touches, such a lovely space. Would be great for use as a base for winter fun on the mountain or summer by the river. 10/10 no notes!

this is a GREAT location on the river...we appreciated all the seating and citronella products...the patio area was LOVELY...

The place was exactly as shown. Everything seemed brand new and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. One of our group members is a house cleaner and even commented on how clean the place was! Great location for getting out and hiking, or staying in to relax. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. What a location and VIEW! We spent each morning sitting on the deck drinking our coffee and each evening sitting on the deck just looking at the view. We spent the last night lying on the deck looking at the millions of stars. Amy's home is a highly functional, well-laid-out living space. It offers privacy for those who want to chill and read, a spot for those who want to chill and chat, and a HUGE yard for those who want to wander. So many things to look at in the yard. The kitchen offers anything you might need to make a meal. We would (and hopefully will) stay again.

Wonderful home with unbeatable views of the river. Can’t beat the sound of the rushing river while sleeping and reading a book upstairs. Beautiful surroundings and great amenities. We would stay again!

We loved everything about this lovely house. The home was cozy and welcoming. We so appreciate being able to bring our dog and having the back yard for her to freely roam. The neighborhood was quiet, lovely to walk and take in all of the beauty of the fall gardens and intermittent blue skies. Hood River has so much charm- the WAAAM is a must, the farms and beautiful drive to see the valley is food for the soul. We look forward to returning!

My favorite bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Truly a healing experience if you enjoy getting away in nature without the distraction of technology. 10/10 recommend unless you try and book when I’d like it next.

Very Beautiful Getaway- We loved being surrounded by the forest, water, and wildlife. We had an amazing time navigating the small trail and path behind the home that was enchanting. Everything you need was provided! Pack light because all you need is your clothes and toothbrush!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The home was stunning, perfectly clean, and exactly as described. The location was beautiful and peaceful—truly a hidden gem. Our host was fantastic with communication and made everything super easy. Would 100% stay here again!

This was a lovely condo, very homey and comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to bbq and enjoy nice dinners in.

What a great find! Beautiful views and accommodations that made us feel right at home, would highly recommend if looking to explore the Hood River area and local hikes.

Great walkability to downtown Hood River. Overall fairly clean place. Provided whole bean coffee and grinder. Kitchen well stocked. Large bed comfortable, smaller twin bed very uncomfortable for an adult. My 4 year old was ok to sleep in it but the whole mattress dips in the center under adult weight. Something to keep in mind if using.

This apartment is a quick walk from downtown and has everything you could need. The host is responsive and friendly. We will stay here again when we come back to Hood River. The only problem we ran into was the bedroom is pretty bright. The AC unit has a super bright display that stays on all the time. The window coverings also let a lot of light through and the parking lot is brightly lit at night. We had to put up blankets on the windows and make a cover for the AC unit otherwise we wouldn’t have slept much. It really is a nice place to stay but you should be warned about that.

We had a great stay here! The train noise didn’t bother us at all and otherwise enjoyed the beautiful view! The space was perfect for what we needed. Fully stocked! We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone :)

Close to downtown while not being in the middle of downtown. Perfect for those visiting whom desire quieter evenings. All amenities are as advertised and the hosts are extremely responsive.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was spacious, well-appointed, and perfectly located—just a short drive to Mount Hood Meadows. The clubhouse amenities (pool, hot tub, and sauna) were a great bonus for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Looking forward to making this an annual trip. Thanks again!
