Family-friendly vacation rentals in Honolulu

It's been a very pleasant stay at Young's place. Young is a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and helping host. Location of the apartment is super convenient, within walking distance to Waikiki beach, International Market mall, supermarkets, and bus stops which take you to many attractions. The apartment is well maintained, well equipped and clean, not to mention the beds are super comfortable, too! We would certainly stay again for our next trip to Hawaii. Mahalo~

Location was great, easy access to major locations in Honolulu, Waikiki, and hikes like Diamond Head and Koko crater. Highly recommend if you want to stay near Waikiki.

Loved staying here we had our 18 month old with us and it was the perfect amount of space and nice to have a small fridge/freezer to save on eating out every meal! Very clean upon arrival great location food trucks right across the street were our go to’s! Walkable distance to downtown restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and definitely will be back in the future!

Perfect stay! Cute apartment with all the necessities, decorated in a simple island style. Lanai overlooks the park making for some laid back nighttime city watching and cool breezes. Centrally located with easy access to a plethora of shops and restaurants right outside the door. Having a dedicated parking stall in Honolulu was a huge bonus! Would stay again and highly recommend!

The location of this Airbnb is excellent, offering a really nice view. We appreciated the convenient access to nearby food trucks and bus stops, and the well-equipped kitchen. The soundproofing between units is kind of poor. We experienced disrupted sleep for a night due to noise from the neighboring unit.

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, sauber hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und ist sehr nah zum Strand von Waikiki. Das Bett ist sehr gut und 2x2 m groß. Es gibt viele Handtücher und eine gute Ausstattung an Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm und 2 Strandstühle. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge haben wir: Einen echten Esstisch, denn man konnte nur an der Bar mit dem Rücken zur Aussicht essen. Ein paar Gewürze oder Kochzutaten.

Communication with this property was amazing. I had some last-minute travels not expected due to communicating and fast response from host. I am very appreciative of them and would definitely stay again . this Airbnb sits in a very great location. You are able to walk if you don’t want to drive.

This airbnb was amazing! The location is really nice as you are in a city but arent in a big city, you have a target close by for grocery shopping and a couple restaurants for food! We loved the Crepes place across from target. Only slight problem we had is that the bed was a little stiff for our taste but everything else was incredible!

My family and I really enjoyed this lovely space! The room is clean and tidy. It has a stunning ocean view, and the building's location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The most important feature of this place is its free parking, especially when you rent a car for a family trip like ours. Dolly is a very kind and responsible host. She provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, including parking, trash, and laundry details. She also quickly replied to my messages every time I had questions. I would definitely recommend this place to families traveling to Hawaii.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is great! The condo was as described by Rob. It has wonderful views! We would love to stay again when we visit next time.

Shannon's place was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need. Great location less than a three minute walk to the beach. Surrounded with many places to eat and lots of things to do. Studio was just smaller than I thought.

We had such an amazing stay here! The location is amazing…just a short walk to the beach, which made it super easy to catch sunrise walks and sunset dips. The area felt peaceful and safe, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave great local tips, respected our privacy, and made sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like staying with friends. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laid-back, beachy spot with warm, genuine hosts.

Great value and excellent location! Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and zoo. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Hotel had a sundeck on the tenth floor with a great view, and nice pool area. Was not too loud after dark, and we'll definitely be staying here again!

This place is even better than the pictures!!! The lanai is spectacular and the view is truly magical. I loved watching the sunsets while laying in bed! With that being said this is not truly a one bedroom. The space is huge with excellent closet space and makeup area but it should be listed as a large studio. There’s a curtain to pull over to section off the bedroom area so if you’re staying here with other people, there’s no real privacy. Also they start you with one garbage bag and 2 toilet paper rolls but you’ll need to buy oil, salt, and pepper etc to cook and there was no dish soap/dish det or a sponge so come prepared. It was very convenient to rent surf boards right on the property and the little steak shack was pretty good as well. We actually didn’t spend much time on the beach here other than surfing and snorkeling for a few hours. We did see a lot of turtles and 2 monk seals at the beach! We did rent a car and parking is tight, person next to us left 5 dents in our door
