Great location - at the right distance between North and South Shore, 10 mins from the airport and 10 mins away from Costco and Safeway. Highly recommend.

Peter was responsive to all questions I had regarding the booking/property. This is the second time we stayed at this resort and we will definitely stay here again and book with Peter. The grounds and room are beautiful. Steps away from the beach, and pools. You can walk along the water past other resorts. Family friendly. We had an ocean view as mentioned in the ad. The staff at the resort are fabulous. Thanks Peter!

Absolutely beautiful place! The condo was the perfect size, very clean and had amazing views. Very close to shops and restaurants. We felt very much at home there and hope to be back again one day!

The check-in was super easy and the stuff was really nice!! Our apartment was clean and exactly as shown on the photos. I really recommand staying there when visiting Kauai !

Quite and beautiful across from beach. Room was clean and looked just like I’d seen online. Check in was quick and easy. They even mailed postcard for me. Central location on east side of island made it easy to go north or south to do things. Would stay here again.

This location was perfect! We have two kids under two so proximity to everything was key. Having an additional room for the kids to nap in and a kitchen to make snacks made the trip so much better! The pool (with waterslides!) is just out the exit of the lobby and we spent much time there. The location is close to the rest of Waikiki and a short walk to so many things. We even walked to the zoo one morning. There is a washer/dryer available too, just not in your unit. It was free and always available when I needed it. This place gives you all the amenities of a hotel, but feels like you're staying in an apartment.

James and Julie were great and very sweet!! They are so helpful and respond very quickly to any questions. Their home is beautiful and the location is great. You are central to everything and and walk to downtown Kappa which is so great. The home is very clean and well put together you can have meals at home or grill up some food from the farmers market. You definitely have more than enough space for 4 people. We will definitely be staying with them on our future trips to Kauai. We cannot wait to book with them again.

It is an economical place to stay - 60's/70's vibes condo/hotel. I needed a place to shower and clean up before meetings in Honolulu as I live on North Shore, and this was perfect but for two things 1) Noise: I live part-time in New York so I am used to street noise, if you are not, bring some ear plugs...not bad but noticeable; 2) Parking: Expect to park four blocks away at the Banyan Hotel at $42 p/nt (get the week pass!). It is clear in this listing, but just a word of caution if one is rough on walking. Banyan's garage is 6', my Jeep Gladiator is 6'. I beat the hell out of it leaving/entering the garage and need an entire new roof, but that is my fault...if renting a larger car, be careful of the garage - sedans only. Regardless, the dwelling is nice, people fantastic and was a lovely experience (especially the night bar/restaurant downstairs!). I recommend this as advertised in the listing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hawaii Vacation Condos by Outriggers. Great location, only a block away from the beach and half a block from the Main Street. Easy walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Large condo with huge balcony. We really enjoyed the big kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The condo had two bedrooms, large and spacious.

Great location! Close to the most restaurants, bars and ocean. Kitchen had everything needed. We loved the shower! Beach umbrellas were extremely helpful during our stay. I would love to come back and recommend you to give a try.
