House vacation rentals in Honaunau-Napoopoo

We had a great time at Mollies place. The house is very comfortable. We loved the pool and outdoor area. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. There is a great hike close by to the Captain Cook monument, golf, beaches, it’s all near by. Mollie was very helpful and gave us great advice.

Lee’s home is perfect in every way imaginable. Our family of four had a spectacular vacation. We are already planning our next stay.

Loved the house! Worked great for 3 couples. The AC units cooled the rooms quickly and efficiently. The Primary suite bed was very comfortable too! Mahalo

We had a wonderful 7 day stay. Our 3 boys (16, 13, and 10) spent hours on the diving board and in the pool. Sandra’s place had everything we needed for beach trips, including beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. I was so happy to have a washing machine to wash out the sandy towels and suits after our beach trips. It was a 5-10 minute trip for Costco,-target and Walmart and a 30-40 minute trip to Hāpuna Beach (don’t miss the Malsada stand on the highway on your way). We would come back to the house to cook supper, swim more in the pool, and watch the sunset from the beautiful yard. We also got a lot of use out of the basketball net in the driveway, and volleyball net in the side yard. Sandra was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay, including local recommendations. Would definitely stay again if on the Big Island!

The ocean view was fantastic as was the saltwater pool. The house overall is great, but the bathrooms need to be updated. Also, the grounds could be better maintained. The kitchen was large and very nice, but the lighting wasn't the greatest. There was a bit of an issue with gnats, but that may have been the whole area. The large fresh fruit basket was a very nice touch as was the vase of fresh cut flowers. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Unbelievable setting. House was great and Nikki was super responsive as a host. The gorgeous setting of the rainforest felt like we were in the middle of a jungle. I was expecting more of a traditional Hawaiian vibe with the pool but it was easy to head out to a beach during the day to enjoy the sun and water and come back to an oasis in the evening. Beds were super comfortable and house was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Sauna was an incredible bonus! Would definitely stay again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a lovely stay at Mary’s place. The home is nestled in a lush, serene setting and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Mary and her property manager were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We loved relaxing by the pool and taking evening walks to catch the sunset over the ocean at the nearby park. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we loved the open-air layout—it felt like a home away from home. Waking up to the sight and sounds of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom is something we’ll miss. Thank you, Mary, for graciously sharing your beautiful space with us! The memories our family made at this home are something we'll always hold dearly.

Tim's place was incredible. We were looking for a place to relax, re-connect and re-charge and Tim's place over delivered on all three. Inside the home was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Outside we were able to enjoy walking the orchard, hanging out on the lanai, and watching the sunsets from the hot tub. Tim was very quick to respond to our requests for beach or dining recommendations. We will definitely be back on our next trip to The Big Island !!!

This place was just perfect, close to town yet away from all the noise. Definitely plan on staying here again! George was very quick to respond and a great host overall. The views of the ocean were amazing. We loved waking up and drinking our coffee on the lanai and enjoying the view. Place was comfortable and spacious.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lennis’s space, along with her thoughtfulness to the space and a being a great host. Her space is very airy, clean, and so many thoughtful details. Such as, beach accessories, many bathroom and kitchen necessities. I stay in a lot of home rentals, and I am really happy when there are items left behind for others to use, like spices, oils, condiments, and there were here. Lennis’s place was our shortest accommodation of our Hawai’i visit(unfortunately), so we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool( which is just a couple of steps away). There are so many flowers and plants on the grounds. We loved that the parking was right in front. It was nice that the condo is a single level apartment. Also, the front porch is lovely, I wouldn’t say it’s very private, but we are city people, so I didn’t mind. And it is not an active road. Stay here!

This is perfect location if you want to visit Kona and Hilo. The farm is so beautiful and peaceful. The house has everything you need in case you forget something at home. The host is super friendly and a great baker.

Feels like a private getaway home in the countryside, plenty big enough for two families. Make sure to enjoy the starry sky from the balcony or patio if you're here on a clear night! The house is on "the top of the top" of the nearby area, so you can see for miles, all the way to the ocean.

Delphine and Guy were amazing hosts! Helpful and hospitable from beginning to end. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more personal, private experience on this island. Amazing views all around. Quiet, unique nature. All together an experience my family will never forget!

I really enjoyed the stay at the place. Everything is clean and cozy. There’re AC, washing machine, and dryer, pretty helpful and crucial as the local temperature is high. There’re also amenities like beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie board, life vests, and noodles. The hosts are always friendly and super responsive. The place is really worth its price.

We can’t say enough about this dreamy stay! Such a perfect fit for our honeymoon on the big island! Jane was so sweet and helpful! Spending our mornings relaxing on the lanai and taking in the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the trip! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on a return trip to Kona!

Great, spacious place to relax, exactly what we needed!

Lovely house, 30 minutes outside of Kona. Quiet neighborhood and lovely ocean view from the deck. Well stocked kitchen. 2 of the rooms are in a separate apartment, which we really liked, as that allowed those couples some time away from the larger family group if they liked. There are masks and snorkels available to borrow, and snorkeling at the public beach just down the street is great. Would definitely recommend this place for larger groups staying on the big island!

Wir haben als Paar einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Andrea's Haus erlebt. Wir können einfach alles vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Es war einfach perfekt! The house is beautiful and the kitchen is SO WELL STOCKED! The view was beautiful and we had everything we needed. There was beach and snorkel stuff there which was great!

This place was beautiful and had amazing views. We loved the patio. There was nothing unexpected from the listing. Things to note: there is no a/c so the bedrooms are a little musty. Thankfully there were fans available otherwise the still air would’ve been tough to manage. There are ALOT of rules with this place. If you’re looking for stress free, this place is not for you. We were provided a thesis when checking in with a lot of threats of being charged if we didn’t follow the rules as well as a whiteboard on the fridge with the same rules.

Amazing location!!! This is tucked into the hills, about 20 minutes from Kona. If you’re like us and appreciate the quiet rather than being in a more touristy area, then this is a great option. The back patio was our favorite, spent hours in the swinging chairs! The host was super friendly and let me check in early which I really appreciated. Side note: depending on time of year, it does rain A LOT in this neighborhood. Wasn’t an issue for us, but for those looking for a lot of sunshine just be sure you’re planning for the right time of year. Also, not an issue for us because we know with humid temperatures it’s part of it, but the shower has some mold around the drain and some spots of mold on the shower curtain. It’s hot and humid, so not unusual especially considering the location. But for others, this might be important to you, so just FYI

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for all our stuff. Wonderful lanai with views of the coastline and ocean (we spent many mornings out there with our coffee enjoying the view and listening to the birds). Easy drive to local hikes and downtown Kona (with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bakeries, etc). And good launching point for longer trips around the island. Eric and Christy are very friendly and helpful hosts. We really enjoyed their company (not to mention their lovely dog, Bean). We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Helpful professional host & facility, spacious upper level home, ready for any group to base a Kona South exploration from. Very clean, quiet, nice furnishings, ceiling fans with breeze keep temp perfect, great value, beautiful areas N & S. Will not be disappointed, great place to start an epic adventure. Oh ya, giant tv & fast Wi-Fi too!
