Great stay! The instructions to get into the place were super detailed and helpful! It’s in a great location, and definitely walkable to a lot of things especially the stadium. Super clean too!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at this cozy little studio in Atlanta. It’s tucked away in a nice, quiet area, perfect for anyone looking to relax. The studio was clean, well-kept, and had a peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind. Plenty of Parking on the side of the house. One of my favorite parts was the small balcony with pretty string lights that glow beautifully at night, it really added to the atmosphere. The space is compact but comfortable, ideal for solo travelers or couples who don’t need a lot of extra room.

Jamaica is an amazing host. The apartment was awesome. Two big bedrooms with full bath in one and shower in the other. Spacious living room and kitchen. Easy to reach the unit from the parking on same level. The complimentary coffee was a blessing on our first morning. I would stay here again and also recommend my friends.

This is my second time around and the host is always very communicative. Easy checkin and out. My daughter and her family live in the same building, which made it so convenient and my husband and I felt comfortable booking again. The location is great and we had a great visit with no problems.

Very helpful with any questions I had and the place was very peaceful. My kids really enjoyed the video games and play area in the basement.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, trader Joe's and more. parking was a bit tight, but definitely can fit 2 cars tandem in the driveway which was really helpful since there was very little street parking. The home was clean and Stewart was super responsive, even at 1am. Sorry about that Stewart! We had 8 ladies celebrating a birthday and there was plenty of towels and bathrooms and beds to go around. The 2 washer and dryers were useful but we didn't need it. Overall great stay and would stay again.

This place is beautiful and very private. It seems a bit too far from shopping center or supermarket. Brandon is an excellent host and gives clear instructions on how to access the place. He is very proactive and responsive.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and in a great location. Evan was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the little touches—like the soft linens, incredibly comfortable beds, and local recommendations, and proactive suggestions to help us fit all 3 of our large vehicles into the designated space. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a comfortable base to explore the area, this is the perfect spot. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This home exudes charm and character—truly a gem! We absolutely loved our stay here. The spacious and uniquely designed interiors perfectly accommodated our family of eight, making us feel right at home. It’s was conveniently located just 10-30 minutes from the area’s main attractions and provided the ideal balance of exploration and relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the serene backyard patio, where we unwound with quality family time. We feel so lucky to have experienced such a wonderful retreat! Thank you 💕

Naila's home is exactly as described online and is very clean. The check-in and out processes were super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and retail as well as the Eastside Beltline. It's also not too far from downtown, if you're headed to a concert or sporting event. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. Great location, spotless, well-appointed condo. Minty was extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The only negatives I'd say were: - Condo was a bit tricky to find and get into, but we arrived after dark and I hadn't watched the handy check-in video that Minty sent us so thats on me. - The king bed was actually a bit uncomfortable, as it was 2 mattresses slid together. The skylight in the second bedroom was too bright for us. But overall a great stay!

The place was gorgeous and cozy. I actually felt “at home”. It’s very inviting, the plants are gorgeous, the air was crisp… 10/10 with no complaints. I will definitely be booking again.

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay at Jordan and Shante’s place! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
