I can highly recommend the Mermaid Mansion! Phyllis provided detailed, tailored recommendations on things to do during our stay and was responsive to any questions I had—so friendly and willing to help. Our stay was AWESOME! The Mermaid Mansion was perfect for my daughter and I. We easily walked a few minutes to the beautiful, pristine beach every day. Phyllis provided everything we needed from beach umbrellas to chairs to a handy wagon to tote everything. The condo is also well equipped. I loved the private courtyard where we could sit outside and eat and enjoy the warm weather. There are also so many restaurants, shops and activities to choose from that are easily walkable. Great location, outstanding hostess, and lovely, comfortable accommodations—go ahead, treat yourself!!!

This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

We only needed to place for 1 night , however after arriving I wish I had found it sooner, I would have booked it for our entire stay. It's located in a beautiful and safe community, walking distance to Downtown Dunedin, the Pinellas trail. The host responds quickly and communication was great. The massage chair was a much appreciated bonus to this already budget friendly place. It was nicely furnished and stocked with everything we could have asked for and more.

The camper was perfect for what we needed. My mom and I booked a very quick trip and really just needed a place to sleep and shower but also wanted to try something different. The camper checked off all of those boxes. The camper had plenty of room for the two of us. It stayed cool and the beds were comfortable. We tried the shower in the camper but the water pressure was nonexistent but it didn’t matter because the outdoor shower was great and such an awesome feature! We would definitely stay here again.

The house made us feel like we were at home away from home! The house had everything we would need for our week stay and made us feel comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a plus, didn't expect to actually use it but it was nice after the long eventful days. Alot of space outback if you want some sunshine or even some shady spots and fenced in is great for dogs and privacy! Nice neighborhood. Each beach is about a 20 minute drive. Overall, this house was a good choice for us.

Lisa’s place was absolutely beautiful!! So clean and spacious. Super easy check in. Amenities provided were beyond expectations. Pool was great. Location was good just a short drive to downtown. Road noise is definitely there - but we were able to crank the fan to have white noise throughout the night and had no issues sleeping. Definitely recommend this place, felt like a home away from home 🌴🏠

We loved this cottage. It was so comfortable for our month in Florida. We really appreciated all the extras like toiletries, full kitchen items, beach items etc. we loved the backyard which feels like an oasis. We were sad to leave to cold Massachusetts but summer will be here before we know it and we will enjoy greenery here. The cottage is a perfect location and very walkable to Payne Park, downtown, legacy trail, and spring training game . Thank you again for being great hosts.

Blairs house was the only house that met our standards from what was available in close proximity to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend much time there due to attending my aunt's funeral and spending time with family who lived close by but it is a great set up for family entertainment. It is a real a jewel.

Chris was extremely responsive throughout our whole stay. There were a few hiccups that were quickly fixed (new pool skimmer ordered and delivered day of, directed to storage cabinet for more trash bags). As mentioned in previous reviews, the floors are very creaky. The doors are all hung poorly which makes them all creaky and hard to open as well. Aside from these minor things, we had a really nice stay. Great location with a playground nearby for kids which was nice and shady! The house has a pack and play crib and high chair which made our stay with my toddler daughter easy. Short drive to downtown and airport. Highly recommend!

This Cig City location is an overall solid stay! The unit matches the pictures and is of good quality. It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood as well. It is a bit pricey for what you get and you need to keep in mind the bathroom is Jack and Jill style like described. The checkout is slightly earlier than some (10AM instead of 11AM or 12PM) and there is a list of extensive rules that can be a bit exhausting to read through (starting the washing machine and dishwasher before you leave is a bit much too). Regardless this Airbnb is a 4 out of 5 or 5 out of 5 in all categories.

Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.
