Holmes Beach beach vacation rentals

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. Everything was clean and well-decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having the golf cart to run around in! The host also provided beach chairs and a kayak to use, which was very handy. The area is pleasant, situated in a quiet neighborhood with public tennis and basketball courts across the street. Anna Maria is a happy little island, with a lot of good food and entertainment, and a number of beach areas to choose from. Lynda was very responsive to any questions we had, and provided a lot of easy -to-follow instructions for the house, as well as lots of helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back!

Morgan included all of the amenities. It was great to have all of the beach gear for our 4yo to play with. Pool is shared between four condo units. Great location only two blocks from the beach and right behind a plaza with the grocery store, cafes, ice cream, and bike rentals.

Very beautiful house within easy walking distance to the beach. It was very clean and the check in and out process was easy. My family and I had a great time. The beaches were beautiful and just a short walk from the house. The pool in the back yard was private and perfect for my family. The decor and landscaping was great! I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect!

We had a perfect week at Anna Marie and Leticia’s home. The place is exactly as it’s described and shown in the photos. You can’t beat the location and it’s literally 50 feet to the beach. It was great to use the pool and hot tub after the day at the beach and night swimming. Leticia is a great host and checked in if we needed anything. Can’t wait to rent again!

Eileen's home and Gail's hosting exceeded our expectations! Perfect location, just across the street from the beach path on a quiet street in my favorite A.M.I. neighborhood and beach area. The charming home has been freshly updated with lots of natural light, beautiful terrazzo floors, well-stocked kitchen and supplies, and is pristinely maintained throughout. There are generous, well-appointed amenities and thoughtful, welcome gifts which add special touches throughout the home. The several inviting indoor and outdoor living areas are spacious and nicely furnished with comfortable seating. The beds are also comfortable with high quality pillows and bedding. The bath and beach towels are plush and plentiful. Nice bikes and beach chairs are also available for one's use. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the birds visit the birdfeeder. Considering the many years that we have visited A.M.I., Eileen's place is the most welcoming and just steps from the beach!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! This was our 5th trip to AMI and this was our favorite rental yet. Beautiful, clean home, gorgeous pool, minutes from the beach! My mom even walked to the beach in about 10 minutes. Right around the corner from ice cream, shops and rentals. We’d love to stay at this house again!

This was our 2nd time booking with Jennifer. She is such a great host. AMI is as magical as ever. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and coming back to the pool in the afternoon. So many wonderful restaurants and shops all accessible by trolley—just a short walk from the condo. We love this island so much and Jennifer’s condo is the perfect location to take it all in.

Great location with beautiful beach! Cute condo with everything you need!! Only thing lacking is a view which is ok when you have a great location on the beach with a pool! Would definitely stay here again! Clean, comfortable and charming place!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful beach home! Everything was exactly as described. My family usually packs up everything, down to household items like paper towels, hand/dish soap, toilet paper, laundry supplies, etc, and drive to our destination. We flew this time (first time to AMI/ Holmes Beach) and didn’t have room to pack all of that. Not to worry- it was all provided! Beach equipment- all provided! Now, I was a little skeptical upon booking about that walk to the beach, as we are used to staying directly on the beach. However, that was an easier walk to the beach than any place we’ve ever stayed! And location!!! We practically had the beach to ourselves, which we enjoyed! It was so peaceful. Mark is a very responsive host. He checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. If you’re considering this property, book it. You won’t regret it! 10/10 recommend FamilyTides and AMI/ Holmes Beach! Thank you to Mark and his wife!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Akira’s condo. It was so clean and welcoming, the perfect size for all of us. The location can’t be beat for easy beach access as well as walking distance to some restaurants, shops, and coffee. Communication was top-notch and we appreciated the information in the provided guidebook. We loved our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was a great vacation for my family, including two boys ages 10 and 12. Anna Maria Island is a wonderful place! We loved all the local restaurants. The location is perfect right in the middle of the island . We were close to the beach and free the trolley is right out front. We absolutely loved the bagel place next-door and having a grocery store so close. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the boys had their own room to hang out in. The space was clean and the pool was also a nice amenity. Communication with the host was great! We would come back.

We had the best time on AMI! So beautiful! This place was amazing! Perfect for us and close to both sides of the island. Spent the days at the beach then a dip in the pool. It was perfect for all our needs. Jose was so accommodating and amazing to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed through tropical storm Debby and the host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was safe and comfortable! We will definitely be returning soon! Thanks for an amazing vacation!!

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our family vacation of two young children, two parents and two grandparents. Her house sits on a dead end street just a few blocks from the beach. We found everything we needed for a few meals at home, and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The kicker was the outdoor pool, which we loved. We would easily recommend her place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to spend vacation.

This was a great place to stay! Conveniently located about two blocks from the beach and the golf cart was great to have to get around the island. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay on AMI.
