Monthly Rentals in Holland Patent

The apartment was just as pictured and conveniently located near a grocery store and the zoo. It was a quiet neighborhood on the weekend and weekdays.

Stayed at this location while in town , playing lacrosse. The place was cozy, clean and quiet. Would stay again, if ever in Utica.

Great for a long term stay, cute and cozy place and always felt safe, great hosts! The cafe right next to it is also the nicest little place. Would definitely recommend bringing a dresser or something for clothing storage as well as some extra cooking supplies if staying for a few months like I did. Thank you Zerina for a great stay!!
