Monthly Rentals in Holland Park

This was our second time staying at Gregg’s. It is a very convenient location to South Bank with the 170 express bus service at the top of the driveway, taking about 8 minutes. The space is extremely comfortable, clean and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again and appreciate Gregg being so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended accommodation.

We loved our stay with Ruby! Only for 2 nights, however wish it was longer. We were impressed by the cleanliness, the facilities and the ease of location. We appreciated the extra areas of thought. For example, having the washing powder readily available when we arrived after a 3 day road trip from Adelaide. It made our stay just that bit smoother. Ruby has been a wonderful host, thank you very much!

Very communicative host and provided everything we needed. We needed refuge during cyclone Alfred and was a perfect place to bunker down

A brief sojourn in this unit - but it was perfect for an overnight stay. Clean and compact but well appointed. Thank you.
