Omar and Maritza were fantastic hosts. I highly recommend staying there. The room is perfect for two people and is within walking distance of nice restaurants and the beach. The WIFI was inconsistent but the electricity stayed on for the 2 weeks I was there. They gave me an excellent exchange rate for my U.S. dollars to Cuban pesos. Omar and Maritza were very flexible and helpful. I can't imagine there is a better place for me to have spent my first 2 weeks in Cuba. Guardalavaca is a beautiful beach with many activities to do even if you are not a guest of the resorts.

Delighted by the stay in this place. It exceeded expectations, the host and his wife are wonderful people, attentive and polite. If someone is looking for a rental in Holguín, I sincerely recommend this place, accessible to all the main places of the city, very quiet area, one of the best areas of the city.
