Really nice property, felt like home. Stylishly decorated, with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. One of the best features is the large patio area. It a great space, a real suntrap, which is a lovely addition to the property. The location is OK and easily walkable into the main town centre and having parking space makes it really convenient as properties closer to the town don't always come with a space, so adds extra cost to your stay. I am a regular traveller to Leeds and have used the chain hotel down the road, however, having experienced this property it will be my first choice for a convenient and comfortable place to stay

Highly recommend, Temi couldn’t do more if he tried… Accommodation exactly how it looks on pictures, roof terrace is an extra bonus! Beautiful views of the sunset at night! I’ve extended my stay and will definitely be back In future!

Great accommodation, exactly what we needed for our trip to Elland Road stadium. Very clean and great info and instructions. Highly recommended, we will defo use again!

This is our second time staying at Carole's and will defenitely come back when we are in Leeds.
