Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

I recommend with closed eyes the house as well as the host. I will certainly come back more often and look for it, my family and I have been very well installed, the house is spectacular, the photos are reliable to the ad, only compliments I have to weave, thank Glau! ❤️

Simply too much! Beautiful and cozy atmosphere, you can feel the love in every little piece of furniture and decor! I'm in love with the ranch and hopefully come back soon. We are from São Paulo and my son affectionately nicknamed the “forest house”.

The residence is wonderful, cozy, every corner with a special message, kitchen with all the necessary items, everything clean and organized. Andrea is a wonderful host, always available, with a sensational spirit. A setback that arose quickly resolved. The market, pizzeria recommendation made it a lot easier. We hired Juliana's service, what an enlightened and competent person! Pro Ativa, excellent cook. It certainly made a difference in our stay.

Everything was great! Excellent breakfast. One of the days we needed the coffee to be served early, and the host was kind and heeded our need. Quiet, residential neighborhood with quiet streets for walking and running. Huge and super comfortable Bathtub. House complete with all the kitchen utensils. The photos correspond to reality. Host responded to messages quickly and kindly! I highly recommend it for sure!!

Great house, exactly matches your listing photos. My family was extremely comfortable and satisfied! Well-equipped kitchen and barbecue area with many utensils, we do not pass any food needs. Large and welcoming outdoor space. The positive point is that each room has its bathroom and still has 2 more! Fernanda was very attentive too!

Good morning! I wanted to say that the house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! All very clean and well-maintained. The caretaker was super attentive, helped us whenever we needed it and even accompanied us on the boat ride — it was amazing! We enjoyed it a lot, even with the weather not so favorable to enjoy the water. Thank you for the tour tip, it was very worthwhile and very good.

We stayed at the two-bedroom chale and loved it! All clean and organized. Kitchen with necessary items for quick meals and in the shared kitchen you can find more utensils. Cozy bedding, smelly bedding, and bath towels. The Property is wonderful! Very well cared for and giant (great for pets). The location is excellent. The access has a stretch of land, but in great condition. The host is very helpful and quick with responses. It's a valley area, so the cell signal is painful. It only takes it alive and not always. Good for disconnecting :)

My stay in Monte Alegre do Sul was simply wonderful! The location is amazing, with breathtaking views — exactly as shown in the photos. The host was exceptional: attentive, helpful and always available to meet all our requests. She was a true partner throughout the experience. Everything was spotless and exceeded expectations. What an amazing place, a peace that has no explanation, the perfect house, complete, has everything we need, the perfect pool, the city center 10 minutes from the house with everything we needed, the city is amazing! Fernanda's house is a charm, super well equipped to enjoy with family and friends a quiet place full of nature. We spent the carnival with friends and it was perfect! We advise to arrange tours and snacks/meals in advance as there are no quick delivery and no restaurants nearby open every day. The markets are also at least a 20 minute drive from the house. Many options around boat rides and sports, beautiful landscapes.

Our stay at Chácara Yporam was very good. Very kind host and the homemaker also kind and helpful. The property is well maintained and equipped. The Chácara is well-designed, with good and intelligent use of the area, diverse spaces and tasteful environments that welcome and serve guests very well. The house is very practical and it was very clean and organized. The decor is pleasant with comfortable furniture. Good bed and bath linens, all well organized and with excellent presentation. We really felt at home, everything worked well.

The house is even better than what you see in the photos! Very comfortable and clean! The kitchen and leisure area structure is separate from the house that has the rooms was a differential for us! The sensational barbecue and pisicin area! Structure that served 10 people well! We're definitely coming back! We only have to praise José and Maria for the hospitality and how they welcomed us!

Felipe was very polite, helpful and friendly. Easy communication. The house is well located, in a secure condominium. The floor space is amazing, very well equipped, dishwasher, fridge, beer, air conditioning.. The top space is simpler, it needs some adjustments but no big problems. We combined the cleaning of the pool and everything went as planned, it would come back other times!

We spent a family weekend with our 2 little dogs on the farm. We took the opportunity to paddle and walk a lot And the dogs, I'm sure they were the ones who enjoyed it the most!! They ran from the time they got out of the car until it was time to go back. We were greeted by the sight of 3 neighborhood dogs who were together almost the entire time. The house is very nice and very well equipped for cooking. Nothing is missing. But the biggest highlight is the garden! very well maintained. It's delightful. For those who enjoy paddling the Jaguari reservoir, it's all good. Regina was very kind every time I needed her. We'll definitely be back. I'm already planning I leave only a few observations for those who are interested: *be careful if you are with small children. The garden has unevenness and stairs not suitable for children under 3 years old. *beware of your dogs: give them anti-tick/anti-flea treatments before going, as the region has capybaras.

It was just as I expected for the communication I had with Graziela before arriving. Beautiful place... impeccable...all well organized...a paradise. Graziela makes us feel at home...we are greeted with affection...welcomed in the best possible way.

Everyone felt in the clouds, well treated and overwhelmed by the high level of what they found on the property. It did not make you want to leave.. the house has a great energy and everything available is of quality far above the average. It was made with care and everything is still majestic to the delight of those who are lucky to spend time there
