The house is one large room and is located in Tøndermarsken in the southwestern corner of Southern Jutland, near Møgeltønder, Rudbøl and Tønder. There are large windows with views of nature and fields 360 degrees around and you can optionally close the view with blinds and make it more cozy in the evening as needed. In front of the house, the heron stands in the lake and there is the possibility of seeing buzzards, swallows, ducks, etc. as well as large flocks of starlings in spring and autumn. You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the Marschwanderweg. The apartment is located in a separate half of the house accessible to the guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.
