Our child-friendly house is located on a closed road with a path to the forest and beach. It has a great view. The garden is large and with several terraces. There's plenty of space in this spacious and unique space. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bath/toilet. Mini fridge, coffee/tea amenity. Purchase of breakfast Private entrance and exit to terrace. No stairs. You can walk along the water - through the forest to Aarhus city center. It is 5 km away. Bus stop just around the corner and shopping options 1 km from the home.

Newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a larger villa where the landlord lives on the two upper floors. Private entrance as well as direct access to a cozy farm environment. The home is secluded on a hilltop at the end of a dead end road at a small piece of forest. The apartment contains a bedroom with 3 beds, a kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, dining table, and a large bathroom. Underfloor heating. Inside 2 km from the residence you will find Marseliskoven, the beach, the harbour, Ceres Park and Tivoli.

Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Enjoy your stay at this spacious and quiet 75 sqm home. It is located on the third floor with a good view. However, need to use the stairs. Balcony. Only 9 min. by car to the city center. 3 min walk to Discount 365. Good bus connections. Parking is free 24 hours a day and there is plenty of space. Space for extra bedding on the couch if needed. Large kitchen with everything you need, should you want to cook your own food. Quiet bedroom and surroundings.

You will live close to Aarhus, forest and beach - and close to the entire green wedge from Kongelunden to Varna. 20 minutes walk to Stadion, Forest Botanical Garden, Memorial Park and Marselisborg Castle Garden. If you are planning to visit Aarhus and want to stay close to the city, Marsellisborg forest and the beach, this is the perfect place to stay. You have your own access to a nice basement apartment with a separate bedroom, living room and a really nice bathroom.
