From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

A temporary home

Welcome to my small and lovely accommodation, with everything you need on vacation, including a coffee machine, SodaStream, and a fan. Ideal for 2 adults + 1 child / 2nd child on request. Rural, very quiet, but still central. Short ways to Wismar or Schwerin. Only a 5-minute walk to the swimming lake. A magical playground in the village. From 8 am, you can buy fresh rolls/newspapers at Joanna's market in the village. Relax and enjoy this quiet, stylish hostel!

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Located in the attic of a renovated old building, the apartment presents itself as a perfect oasis of peace with access to its own roof area. Whether open-air cinema on the roof or for the best use of the Playstation, a few board games or indulging in a good book, it never gets boring here.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

The center of Wismar is a 7-minute drive away. Our attractive island of Poel can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The island's coastline features rugged cliffs or beautiful, wide sandy beaches. Restaurant 3 minutes' walk away... :))
