Top Location! Charming wooden house in the forest

Situated in a beautiful and quietly nature reserve you will find this spacious charming wooden house. The path behind the house (400 meters) leads to a beautiful large lake where you can use a rowing boat and you can do fishing. Most amenities (supermarkets, railwaystation) can be found in Högsby or Blomstermåla. We have no facilities for baby's up to 2 years of age. So if you like to stay in our house with a baby, please bring your own facilities and take care of the safety yourself.

Gretabo - an idyllic time capsule in a unique row city

Relax with the family in this peaceful home located in a nice unchanging town town (like the kids in Bullerbyn). Drageryd village is a time capsule where you can see clear traces from bygone days. Even though you live in the middle of the village with people around you, you can feel private. The host has their farm right next to a few houses and if you please, you can probably taste good fresh milk or pet the calves. The silence and starry summer evenings are hard to beat experiences!

We have found our dream house and would like to share it with you! Completely renovated with love and an eye for detail, so you can feel at home. The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the Kingdom of Crystal. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the necessities of daily use. The house is suitable for 4-5 people. You are most welcome to discover Småland from its most beautiful side.

Lovely lake house with Hot Tub

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) on the area with open spaces. The residence offers a terrace facing the lake with barbecue possibilities and sun deck. There is a soap stove in the house that can be burned in. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available with 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles only cleaning) Guests will bring their own linens and towels as well as charcoal and sparkling to the grill.

Soludden, with its own lake plot!

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind quiet space. Soludden is a brand new built villa with its own beach plot and three docks to choose from for swimming and fishing. Here you can relax and recharge in a private location with only forest and lake as your closest neighbor. A rowing boat is moored at one of the docks. On the terrace you have the best view of the lake and sometimes it can come by the occasional small boat. Some days the pocket will come and do their long dives.

Private villa very calm , 8 minutes from HÖGSBY and 30 minutes to Oskarshamn not far from Kalmar. It s a spacious and cozy villa with private parking and nice garden and very attractive backyard. 3 bedrooms suitable for 4 persons confortably and the possibility to add one folded movable bed . spacious kitchen fully equipped and a living with 55 ''TV with sound system . Free Wifi available. A nice summer room with a wonderful garden view , 14 km from the lake.

A rural dream for the whole family

"Simonshuset" is from a classic red Småland house from the 18th century. This is our dream house, with many preserved details from history and tastefully decorated to preserve the older charm. We live in the house for a number of weeks each year, and love the tranquility we get in the country. Large lawn with trampoline and outdoor furniture. There is also a weber charcoal grill. You have walking distance to swimming and fishing lake. A real dream home.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Two patios, a balcony, large lawn and swings for the kids. TV on both the upstairs and downstairs for indoor days. Close to several bathing areas! We had a great time in Allgunnen. It was so nice to be able to swim right from the house in the lake. The house is very nice, especially the conservatory is cozy. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and there are plenty of beautifully located dining areas inside and outside! The area and the village are very peaceful. Pure Småland!

Wow!! What an idyllic place! Great and lovingly furnished house and a super nice garden! And then the view across the lake on top! Wonderful!!! Here you can really relax and recharge. Thank you Josefine for letting us stay in your wonderful cottage for 1 week. Thanks a million again for even letting us extend for one more night and enjoy the fantastic view one more day. The kids also had a lot of fun! The house was equipped with everything you need. Even toys for the children were on site. Our favorite place was the bench in the conservatory :)

We felt so much at home in this “olden days” atmosphere, completely Swedish (though without any spark of IKEA 😉). You just feel the love that Pernille has for this extraordinary place. The evening view from the veranda is wonderful, and the kitchen and cooking place well-equipped. We would love to come back one day!
