Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

The cottage is located right on the shore of Stora Sinnern, one of the few true spring lakes that are left untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located at the tip of a cape in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The lot is sunny all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, fireplace, and glassed-in porch. Swimming jetty just outside. It's a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a nature home by the lake in Småland!

Top Location! Charming wooden house in the forest

Situated in a beautiful and quietly nature reserve you will find this spacious charming wooden house. The path behind the house (400 meters) leads to a beautiful large lake where you can use a rowing boat and you can do fishing. Most amenities (supermarkets, railwaystation) can be found in Högsby or Blomstermåla. We have no facilities for baby's up to 2 years of age. So if you like to stay in our house with a baby, please bring your own facilities and take care of the safety yourself.

House by the lake Allgunnen

A lovely place and beautiful house located directly by the lake Allgunnen in Allgunnen. You not only have access and proximity to go swimming and fishing and outdoor life, but also a perfect starting point for exploring Småland, Oskarshamn, Kalmar, Öland and the Kingdom of Glass or just an opportunity to have a good time and get some peace and quiet. The house is suitable for 4-5 people but has sleeping places for more in a shed that stands on the plot down towards the lake.

Relax in a traditional Swedish wooden house. In the afternoon, sunrays bathe the entrance area and the living room in the bright colors of the hand-blown windows of the entrance door. The evening sun invites you to linger on the old wooden bench of the large dining table or on the terrace. The best way to end cool winter evenings is in front of the fireplace in the living room or go outside to the fireplace sauna - adjacent to the goat farm with its own cheese production.

Soludden, with its own lake plot!

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind quiet space. Soludden is a brand new built villa with its own beach plot and three docks to choose from for swimming and fishing. Here you can relax and recharge in a private location with only forest and lake as your closest neighbor. A rowing boat is moored at one of the docks. On the terrace you have the best view of the lake and sometimes it can come by the occasional small boat. Some days the pocket will come and do their long dives.

A rural dream for the whole family

"Simonshuset" is from a classic red Småland house from the 18th century. This is our dream house, with many preserved details from history and tastefully decorated to preserve the older charm. We live in the house for a number of weeks each year, and love the tranquility we get in the country. Large lawn with trampoline and outdoor furniture. There is also a weber charcoal grill. You have walking distance to swimming and fishing lake. A real dream home.

Modern stuga, egen strand & bastu

Modern equipped cottage in secluded location. Own beach with bathing jetty 10 m from the cabin! Sauna and extra shower in separate cottage. Washer. TV. 7 beds at the house + crib. Perfect location for family with kids or undisturbed work as there is fiber & wifi. Also winter time. Electricity will be charged separately. Sheets and towels can be rented. You can order cleaning against fee. Changeover day is Saturday.

Stugan ligger mitt i de underbara Smålandsskogarna och är en perfekt platsen för avkoppling.
