Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

It is centrally located and is the ideal starting point for your ski holiday in Ski Amadé (journey time to Zauchensee, Schladming, Obertauern about 15 minutes). Cross-country skiers will also get their money's worth here, because it's just a few minutes to the cross-country ski trail. In the summer you can unwind in the countryside and pass the time with hikes or excursions in the Salzburger Land.

Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!
