Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

In the historical mill dating from 1727 we offer you a newly built apartement for spending your holidays in an quiet and idyllic environment. Historical walls and constructions made 300 years ago offer place for the new kitchen and bathroom. A separate entry and a nice little gardenplace complete the apartement. Zürich ist mit dem Zug und Auto in 30min zu erreichen. Ebenso aber der Rheinfall oder die Grenze zu Deutschland und Österreich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie einen Parkplatz, ist nahe der Bus- oder Zughaltestelle. Im Sommer kann der hauseigene Pool nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

You will live in a part of the house with your own entrance, small living room, kitchen and bathroom for your own use. So you have a lot of privacy. The bedroom is on the 1st floor, where there are also a few rooms and the owner's office. You don't have a completely enclosed apartment. No smoking. There are cats in the house. It has a parking spot. All in a quiet garden district with lots of birds. In summer use of garden seating. Sleeps 2, only a short time 3 persons.

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).
