Welcome to our detached old toll house (or guard house, depending on the source) from 1605 in the quiet Simonshaven on Voorne-Putten. Enjoy the historic charm, a nice garden and the panoramic view. Perfect for peace seekers and nature lovers, with hiking and cycling routes right at the door. Only 10 minutes from Spijkenisse and 25 minutes from Rotterdam and the beach. Away from crowds and holiday parks, this house is authentic, cozy and comfortable – a unique place to relax and unwind.

The lower house offers space for 2 guests and possibly a toddler. You can reach this through our spacious garden, and it has its own entrance. Through the corridor, you enter a spacious room with a sitting area and kitchen with a bar table to eat at. In the other room, there is a double bed (160x200) with a child's bed (90x170) above it, with the bathroom (shower) adjacent, with toilet, sink and washing machine. In the garden (which we share) there is enough room to relax.

Due to our comfortable sofa bed in the living room, you can easily stay with us with 4 adults or as a family with 2 children.
