With two large bedrooms with bathroom and a room with bunk beds, plus a sunny terrace with garden. We rent to a maximum of 4 adults. With the Zillertal Arena pass, you can ski directly from Konigsleiten to Krimml, Gerlos and Zell am Ziller. The village itself is 1600 meters away, making it (almost) always white in winter

Almhaus Louise and Almhaus Oscar (each with 4 rooms, approx. 104 m² living space, 9 beds, built in 2008) are located directly in the Zillertal Arena ski resort on the Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel at 1,700 meters altitude. In winter, absolutely snow-sure - in summer, an oasis of calm. You can ski almost to the front door, and in summer you can start hiking immediately, as there are two hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the houses.
