This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. Almhaus Louise and Almhaus Oscar (each with 4 rooms, approx. 104 m² living space, 9 beds, built in 2008) are located directly in the Zillertal Arena ski resort on the Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel at 1,700 meters altitude. In winter, absolutely snow-sure - in summer, an oasis of calm. You can ski almost to the front door, and in summer you can start hiking immediately, as there are two hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the houses.
