An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

Carport for motorcycles. Bicycle for small children. Bedroom: double bed and sofa bed. Pets are welcome. Right in front of the apartment, there is a large garden. Combined kitchen-living room and bathroom.

Nature Park Resort Lausernest

A brand new wooden house with a location right on the edge of the forest. The house has a total of 10 beds, a modern kitchen, a living room and a terrace around the house with amazing views. The 2 of 3 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, in the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed. 6 beds are located on the upper floor. In the garden you can barbecue wonderfully. Please note that the house has neighbors in the immediate vicinity and no parties or noise are allowed after 10 pm!

A bedroom/working room/chillout room including shower and sink are waiting for you. The 2nd (front) room invites you to linger. No neighbors who are disturbed by children laughing. Also excellent for relaxing with friends. The lodge is located at about 600 m with views over the Mostviertel. Enjoy a good book and a cup of tea at the large panoramic window overlooking the countryside. A deer may also come by.
