We stayed in Faistenau for 5 nights and had a great time! If you like hiking, you have a great selection of mountains right outside the door and Salzburg is also quick and easy to reach by bus. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, super clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

The size of the space, including modern kitchen and extensive basic amenities, even exceeded our expectations. Even the coffee in the morning was already available. The train station is less than a 5-minute walk away and from there you can reach both Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg or Königssee even without a car in no time. Of course, you can also go hiking and walking in the area. A successful stay for us! Thanks!

The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries, and a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff/host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—small touches like complimentary snacks, a well-stocked minibar, and high-speed WiFi made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-maintained place to stay!

We immediately felt at home in Sabine's place and spent a lot of time, especially on the beautiful balcony. The apartment is really equipped with everything you need and modern/cozily furnished. The area is very quiet, has a good location/connection and was the perfect place for a "short break" from the stressful everyday life. Sabine was super friendly and gave us many recommendations for excursions in the area and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend it to others :)

We enjoyed our stay in the PREMIUM APARTMENTS Seekirchen. The accommodation was modern, clean and well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area. The quiet location was particularly pleasant, but at the same time the proximity to Salzburg. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was available and helpful at all times. Fantastic surroundings and views. From the balcony you could see the whole valley. The apartment was superbly equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. A folder with information about the place helped further. The forest begins right behind the house. We were more than satisfied with our vacation at Oliver's. We'd love to come back soon

We had a great time! Alexander is very considerate and had made available to us bottles of milk, water,coffee and fruit basket. Not to mention all the tips and tips for exploring the region. 5-star service!! The apartment is very well maintained, bright and functional, true to photos and description, with all the amenities you need. Note that there is no elevator but it didn't bother us. In short, a great experience with a super host!
