The hostess answered the message very quickly. The place is very spacious and comfortable, suitable for group of friends or family who like peace, privacy. Will not be too suitable for a group of friends who are active at night and noisy due to a curfew

Yet again, every word I have to say about Vania House is good. It is my home away from home. The bed is sooo comfortable. The bathroom pristine with great water pressure and luxurious hot water. The AC is powerful and I actually have to keep it off most of the time even with the warm Vietnam weather. The kitchen is well equipped for all needs. She adds thoughtfulness to her space and you should absolutely choose this as your home base in Saigon.

Loved our stay here! The place was super comfy and spacious for two people. The host really thought of everything, amenities were complete, so we didn’t need to buy anything at all. Location was perfect with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. It’s in a quiet alley, but still easy to find, and even Grab cars could get in with no problem. Plus, there’s a spa and some nice food spots right in the same alley. Everything was super convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Generally it was great However, there were some ants because the weather was very hot.

Lovely property with great attractions. Great pool area. The hosts were super helpful and the property was as described. Slightly out of the city centre but we knew this before booking.

We had a great stay here - the apartment is clean, stylish and cool (AC works really well!!) This was the perfect place to get to all of the sights in Ho Chi Minh with only 25 minute walk to Post Office, Book Street and Cafe Apartments. The host provided us with loads of instructions to get to the apartment and also recommendations for the cheapest taxi providers, good restaurants and places to visit. We could even leave our bags on the last day in a safe spot while we waited for our train. A lovely stay and would come back :)

I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Ho Chi Minh City.

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)
