This AirBnB is in an amazing location. It is better than described and perfect for a stay in Hanoi. The laundry machine worked great. The AC provided an excellent break from the heat! Highly reccomend.

Harry and Edward were both really responsive and were able to help us whenever we needed. From allowing us to check-in early since we arrived in Hanoi at 6am (for a fee of course) to helping us to put together transport on short notice from our Airbnb to the Airport at 3am, Harry and Edward have been the most responsive and helpful hosts I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. They also had detailed instructions for their Airbnb, as well as a compiled lists of Coffee and Restaurants the locals indulge in and they never disappointed. If you are coming to Old Quarter I highly recommend staying at this accommodation, if not for the location, the lovely Hosts that made Hanoi, Old Quarter, feel like home

Very nice stay, the place was very clean and spacious. Host was great with communication and very specific about instructions so it was easy to follow. The area was nice still in the heart of the city but not straight in the middle of the old town where it is very touristy and noisy. Overall very great and would recommend.

The apartment is nothing short of amazing, really had a wonderful time here ☺️ it is extremely conveniently located right in the center of the old quarter with anything you need close by! Feel like a local in a very cosy apartment. Dung is one of the most lovely hosts ever; very friendly, helpful and smooth communication with great recommendations and tips. I really enjoyed my stay at Tracy’s place. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the Opera House and close to Hoan Kiem, yet tucked away in a quiet backyard so you can escape the noise of the city. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: a small kitchen, large fridge, microwave, and access to free laundry with a dryer, which was super convenient. There’s plenty of great food nearby, and Tracy was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and full of helpful local recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Super charming stay! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, and the projector made our evenings so fun and relaxing. The apartment was full of natural light and greenery, making it feel peaceful and airy. Great location, lovely design, and a great vibe overall. I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Winter House — a charming French-style home nestled right in the heart of Tong Duy Tan, the bustling 24/7 food street filled with amazing local eats. Great stay at this AirBnB. The rooms were very clean. The AC worked great and was a nice retreat from the Hanoi heat. The washing machine and dryer worked very well and there was laundry detergent provided. Highly reccomend!

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.
