Everything was great

We were able to leave our luggage at the reception before the official check-in time. The apartment was very spacious and large, the kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom clean. The location was perfect and easily accessible on foot for all the sights. If I am back in Hanoi I will book here again.

We've been looking for a hotel in Hanoi for a long time. But in terms of value for money, none could compete with this apartment. The apartment is large, very quiet despite the central location and the hostess is very friendly. She wrote to us on the last day that she had no guests for the following day and therefore let us check out only in the evening. Thank you. We would definitely come back

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The cleanliness was outstanding—everything was spotless, from the fresh linens to the sparkling bathroom. It’s clear the host takes great care in maintaining the space. The interior was beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy touch that made it feel like home. The attention to detail, from the well-chosen decor to the comfortable furniture, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of my favorite parts was the balcony. What an amazing and spacious place (which is super rare in Hanoi Old Quarter) we love the design of the room, the washing machine & dryer really helpful for us! We stayed 3 nights in khanhs Airbnb and had a really good time. Everything was clean and the location was right in the centre of the city. The communication to khanh was excellent. It was a bit loud at some time, but it didn’t bother us. All in all a good experience.

As fellow hosts in the community, Nhung and I have known and supported each other for some time. I was already impressed by the beautiful listings she manages and have had the chance to assist with a few in the past. May was a wonderful host, for example very responsive when there was an issue with the air conditioning having it repaired within 24 hours. She also offered lots of recommendations for sightseeing and eating in the area and was flexible about check in and out times. We stayed at two of May’s places both were lovely, clean, in great locations and the beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in in Vietnam.

The accommodation is very comfortable, in a good location close to the center and still quiet. The owners are responsive, accommodating and helpful if needed (especially for luggage). I would highly recommend it.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The check in process was smooth from start to finish. We arrived early in the morning but Tuan allowed us to drop our bags off at another nearby location so we could get started on exploring the city. The apartment was spacious, clean and a short walking distance from the Old Quarter. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Hanoi.

Superb location! The house was very accommodating and had abundant amenities, like everything we could ask for. Also, Nga is always helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this place, truly remarkable.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy walking to all the main areas! Phuong was super communicative and went out of his way to return some stuff that we left in the apartment. If we ever make it back to Hanoi— which hopefully we will! — would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay, loved it.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.
