The owner decorated the room with some cool painting and artefacts. The room also got a nice view of the street, and I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room located in the heart of Hanoi.

Living in this house is a prefect experience in Hanoi!!!!!!!!! My&Linh’s parents is soooooooo nice, kind and warm heart. They takes me to the location pagoda and their hometown. They makes the meal every day and eats with me. They pick me up when I arrived at Hanoi 3am, which I’m soooooooo moved. They also helped me to book a taxi. I can hardly express my gratitude to they for their help. It’s the BEST memory for me in Vietnam. I hope you guys are planning a trip in Hanoi all choose the house.

Quick response of the host is amazing even she is abroad. There were some small facility problems but the hospitality covered such everything!

To be honest,for our first day we did not get to see this place and was placed elsewhere because there was an unexpected power outage in the area so the hosts arranged another place for us to stay which we really appreciate. The place was a bit small but cozy and clean. The hosts were also very responsive and very friendly,responds within minutes when we ask something or asks for recommendations. It is also a short walk from the lake.

Location was perfectly in the middle of everything I wanted to do in the city, and still not in the busiest part of town. Food right down stairs, across the street, and around every corner. Great space overall and a very responsive and helpful host! Would certainly stay here again :) .

It was a great place for our first night in Hanoi. Anh was very responsive and friendly. There are a lot of stairs but very doable. The air conditioners work great. Very comfortable and great for the price. It was nice to walk through the alley way through a neighborhood restaurant. There is a Circle K nearby to grab waters and other things. We also did a massage around the alley from the apartment. It was awesome. Highly recommend. The place is very walkable and great for exploring on foot. Also recommend All Day Coffee about a block down. The food and pastries was very good

If you are someone looking out for action, on the move, enjoy observing the locals fast pace movement while they earn a living, this is the place to go immerse yourself in the noise and movement. Starting early till evening, the locals move around really first to ensure every minute is not wasted. Store owners set up their store at 6.30 am, local breakfast nearby is ready to serve at 6 am. Location is close to some very good store , close as is 1 to 2 km. The host is a very nice lady which I find her very responsive and helpful. Overall a good place with real fast movement surrounding the place u stay.

Great central area around the old quarter. Thu Hang was lovely and had great communication.

The apartment is stunning and modern in the middle of an authentic Vietnamese residential neighborhood, meaning the apartment is very western in its design and suitable for tourists who want to indulge. Location on the main street! Everywhere we walked. We were 8 friends in the apartment and there is no space for everyone, a bummer but we got along in the small living room, for those who are relevant. In addition there is no dining area so we did not cook ourselves. The host's response was accessible and comfortable and warm, so we felt really comfortable. The neighbors complain about noise and cigarettes so please pay attention. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and highly recommend.

We loved staying with Dat & Trang! From the very beginning, they were so helpful with everything from coordinating a late night pick up from the airport, to arranging a very comfortable mini bus for a day trip. The place is in the perfect location, short walking distance to many attractions and the Old Quarter without being too busy. We wish we had more time to spend in this neighborhood, and with the hosts! We will definitely stay here again.

Booked a room here for my 2 days trip to Hanoi and the location is just perfect. There's a lot to see, do and eat just within walking distance, and both Hoan Kiem and Tay Ho is just a short taxi ride away. I got a written guide for everything, both before and during my stay, and Yen was super easy to contact. My group of 5 had the whole place for ourselves, which is convenient. The rooms were comfy, although you might have trouble with the stairs if mobility is an issue.

Great location in Hanoi Old Quarter, everything matched the describtion. The accommodation really gives you a hint how to locals live in the center of Hanoi. Tri was very responsive, arranged for us sim card and money exchange for a good rate. Definitely recommend! The first access to the accommodation is a bit funny, but once you climb all the stairs once, everything else is easy 🙏. Thank you again!

Awesome place to stay in in the heart of Hanoi! The terrace was a lovely place to chill in! We are a family of 3 that stayed for 7 days. Definitely will recommend this for short or long stays! Was able to cook decently and had no problems staying in when we don't feel like exploring. The old quarter was easily walkable so we were able to save on transportation costs!

Cheerful accommodation in a very good location (we were able to visit everything we wanted to see on foot). I recommend it!

The host was incredibly attentive and kind, always quick to respond and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly prepared with care. I really felt at home here. The location was also amazing! Just a short walk to great local restaurants, cafes, and tourist spots. Super convenient whether you're exploring or just relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sapphire and Palm are responsive hosts to our inquiries, there are great coffee shops and restaurants around the area. Beds and pillows are soft, so comfortable and clean. Just a suggestion to put screen doors and screen windows so mosquitoes wont come in if one wants some air. Overall, we had a great time in the homestay. Highly recommend

Really great location with nice shops and food places around while not too crowded either. The place is really well maintained and has great amenities. And the host is great in communicating and welcoming you (while not being there ;))!
