Staying at this listing with my huge family was great! You can find many coffee shops in one block & enjoy people watching. There is also lots of street food & some shopping to do within a walkable distance. Very easy to book Grabs to get food delivered at any hour of the day & to go into the city. Quynh helped us arrange a late-night shuttle from the airport to the airbnb. This location has 7+ floors & has its own elevator. (that is not made clear in photos but it's great for easily bringing up luggage and accommodating older folks) Some of the tv's & their remotes weren't working but my family & I were enjoying the city that we didn't need it & told our hosts they didn't have to address it. Rooms were very spacious & had its own bathrooms. The shower will wet the floor & become slippery and dangerous so be sure to ask Trang for extra towels to put down. You put your trash on the pavement to be picked up by the way. We enjoyed this stay very much!!

I am so lucky to have found Lily and her home. I needed a base while I did some exploring in Vietnam (Ha Giang, Ha Long and Hanoi). My plan was to store my belongings at Lily's as it was closer to the airport. On the first day I arrived I was welcomed with open arms into Lily's home. My Grab dropped me at the wrong location and Lily was so kind to come and collect me and my 19kg backpack with her scooter. That evening I was invited for a delicious dinner, which I wasn't expecting but I was so happy about it. My second day I took a Grab scooter to the Old Quarter for a walking tour, the Grab arrived in minutes and was about 30 mins to central Hanoi. Easy and fun! I enjoyed being a little bit further out because it meant I spent whole days out, and could return home in the evenings. Lily's place really did feel like home. I felt totally safe and slept really well. Her family are all really sweet. Highly recommend 🤗🤗🤗

I had a lovely stay from April 12–16. The apartment is cozy, clean, and full of natural light. Everything worked well, and it was peaceful and quiet. Housekeeping checked in daily to refresh towels and supplies, which was very thoughtful. The location is convenient, and the building feels secure. Tuấn, the host, was polite, friendly, and always quick to respond. I’m really happy I found this place — it felt like a little home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in the city.

Thank you for giving me calm 5 days in Hanoi. The owner is quite friendly and thoutfll as she treated me as like her best friends. On top of that, she picked up me kindly despite night arrival like at 9pm. I appreciated her significantly.

Group friends with 3 people and we stayed 3 nights with peaceful and feeling like home. We have great stay and enjoy walkable place nearby. Totally happy with our stay. Will back if I have time again in Hanoi

The apartment is extremely clean, brand new, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything is modern – from the furniture to the smallest amenities in the room. I felt completely at home – the space is cozy, airy, and especially quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is also convenient and easy to get around. Although my family arrived early before check in time, apartment had just been put into operation, so we had to wait a little while for the internet to be set up. However, the host was incredibly supportive, waited with us, and even brought fresh fruits and drinks for my family as a sincere apology. I truly appreciated that gesture. One of the biggest highlights was the host’s responsiveness – available almost 24/7 and always ready to help. From showing me how to book a cheap taxi, recommending delicious and quick local meals, to giving clear directions to my workplace, the support was outstanding. I’m truly impressed and grateful. Definitely worth coming back!
