Villa vacation rentals in Hoa Hai

overall, very positive experience. the villa is super spacious, and is perfect for large groups especially. however, there are definitely some improvements needed. 1. the camera in the living room is a strange addition. i requested for it to be turned off, and it was just turned the other way. it's on the ceiling so can't do much. 2. there are many warning signs on everything - like "fragile" and so on. a bit off-putting. 3. there are still tapes across some glass on the 3rd floor, making it feel like the construction isn't complete 4. ACs in some hallways do not work 5. the auto-off switch for AC in the living room might save cost for the owner but for someone who is coming in from a hot day, having a warm living room is the worst. but this was quickly adjusted after requesting. the address is correct but on grab maps the location is wrong so always the grab drivers had difficulties locating it. overall, positive experience and everything worked well.

Very good host and stay

Great villa for a family vacation. The house is clean, spacious, and perfect for families. Our kids loved spending time in the pool, and the beautiful ocean view made it even more relaxing. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. The host was attentive, communicated promptly, and was very accommodating throughout our stay. Getting to Hoi An was easy—only about 15 minutes by car or motorbike. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

this house was large and spacious and in a great location. The beds were extremely comfortable too.

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It’s a beautiful oasis, even better than the pictures, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Thanh and her team took great care of us, super responsive with recommendations and super friendly excellent service from her whole team. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends near Hoi An and the beach.

Home is very clean, lovely, the pool is a bit small suitable for family with 2 3 children to use. The host is very supportive, there is a chance to come back ^^

We had an amazing stay at this villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday — spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous pool area that we used every day. The location was peaceful and private, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Staying at Hai's place was a treat, the neighborhood was great. the bugs and amenities could use some work but with plenty of things around we were still comfortable. Hai was extremely responsive and was a great host. I would recommend his place with some good bug spray at bay (thanks minimart!)

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

We had a wonderful holiday.

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

We stayed at Lucy’s Airbnb for about a week and we highly recommend it! It’s such a beautiful house, everyone had their own bathrooms, the staff would cook delicious breakfasts every morning and were accomodating to our plans, the staff who cleaned the place everyday were so meticulous and friendly, the seafood bbq was also delicious! The pool, sauna, karaoke, and laundry/ dryer were also amazing. This stay really made our trip in da nang perfect!

Anna was a great host - she was very responsive with replies within 30min to the hour. She also communicated well in English, and coordinated activities for my family such as BBQ, massages and also came down personally when we needed help at the villa. The chefs they engage for the BBQ prepare good food, and we were happy with their service as well. You will have to pay additional fees for such services. Overall, the place was clean and had enough facilities to engage my family for 3 nights - a footsy table, karaoke room, pool, and huge dining/lounge area. The walk to the beach takes only about 5-10 minutes via private access within Ocean Estates. Place is cleaned and tidied by the time we get back at the end of the day with fresh linen and toiletries. The place might be slightly far from the main attractions in Da Nang, but transport is relatively easy to get and affordable, so no need to worry about that if you don't mind a 15-20 min ride.

I was looking for a place to stay for a large family trip (15 people) and chose it. Even before the trip, they responded quickly through Airbnb chat and messenger, and kindly listened to double pick-up requests (hotel pick-up after airport pick-up) that can be difficult. He kindly explained to me when I checked in and gave me the necessary information and tickets, etc. The place was much better than what was shown in the photos, and I was very pleased. It was nice that it was very close to My Khe Beach, and the delicious restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff who made them were very friendly and nice. It was such a good memory that I thought I should choose my next international trip to Da Nang. Thank you for running a good accommodation ~!

the villa is located in a quite place and still it’s close from the city. staffs are so friendly no problem communicating and also they prepared us wonderful breakfast everyday! you can also have lunch or dinner in the villa. we strongly recommend doing the bbq. the poor was cleaner than i expected spacious room and many bathrooms! definitely gonna come back for this villa

Good location near the beach.

Lovely house. great pool. private pool/house with additional bedrooms makes this space suitable for a family + 2 couples or 2 families. great communication with hosts with lots of recommendations and quick responses to any requests. great location half way between hoi an old town and the beach. lots of food options within walking distance and easy to catch grabs if you want to go further afield. bikes supplied so you could explore paths through fields in all directions.

From start to finish, Loic and Hoa and the rest of the team looked after us and our four children staying with us super well. The house is beautiful, in a gorgeous peaceful location, with a lovely view of the paddy-fields exactly as pictured. The friendly team of lovely ladies cooked us a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and the hosts went above and beyond to provide food for our babies and children and help us out with things we needed. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the fourth bedroom is not as pictured on the listing. The listing on 'where you will sleep' shows another picture of the master bedroom. The actual fourth room is downstairs and does not have a window. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bar was incredibly well stocked. We definitely hope to return!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully furnished and spotless home in Hoi An. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the lighting throughout the house was stunning. Communication from the host, Kiet, was prompt and thoughtful—he even delivered wine glasses within minutes! The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, with a great restaurant next door offering both Vietnamese and Western food, plus amazing lattes, smoothies, and fresh juices. The two jacuzzis were refreshing, and the washer/dryer upstairs was super convenient. A minimart is directly across the road for essentials, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked perfectly. The downstairs living space was also a great place to relax. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Hoi An—it truly had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

This villa is great for large families and multiple people traveling together It can be said that it is the best place. Very private, but We provide services like a hotel The garden, living room, and kitchen spaces are very spacious You can also use the washing machine and dryer. Two friendly staff clean the room every day I take care of the necessary items, You've helped us a lot. There is a variety of free breakfasts It's as delicious as a hotel. If you want to cook yourself, there are plenty of kitchen utensils. The pool was very deep and spacious. Several people can enjoy playing in the water together Lastly, thanks to the host Nunu I had a great time in this villa. She always asked if there was anything missing They also gladly accepted some of my requests. You can ask her anything. I also liked the business trip masseuse that Nunu introduced. My family and friends were all satisfied with this place. If I come to Hoi An, I definitely want to stay again.

We stayed for a few days and had a great time. A super pool, huge bedrooms and a convenient location were all nearby. They were always in touch with me and answered all my questions very promptly!
