Our stay at Ruby Home was perfect! The host was responsive and staff is on-site to assist with any problems that may arise. The area is home to lots of great food and cafes. Despite the hustle and bustle of the main street, the airbnb is very quiet. You can even use the balcony to look out over the city. :)

My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Overall this was a great first experience of Vietnam. The host provided us with plenty of amenities that we needed, towels, spoons, bowels, etc. The location was also great, several convenience stores that had everything you needed just right below and there was no waiting on a grab to pick us up. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we wanted to within a 30 min radius. The host also provided several recommendations on places to eat, things to do and so much more which led us to the best massage ever. My only note is that the apartment does stay on the warmer side regardless of how cold you turn the ac down, but this is just something you’ll have to get use to it.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly helped with early check-in. The staffs were super polite and friendly. The only minor downside was that the gate closed at 10 pm, but the security was incredibly accommodating and quickly helped me whenever I needed access. I do feel a little bad for waking them up, but they were always kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

Thật may là có Golden Tree hỗ trợ nhận đồ và cho tôi cất nhờ đồ nên công việc của chúng tôi được thuận lợi và tiết kiệm được nhiều thời gian. Golden Tree có lễ tân trực sáng & tối rất thuận tiện hỗ trợ khách mọi lúc. Nhân viên dọn dẹp vệ sinh cũng rất chu đáo nhiệt tình. Tôi rất hài lòng và lần sau được vào công tác khu quận 7, tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở tiếp nơi này. Đồi diện Golden Tree cũng có 1 quán hủ tíu siêu siêu ngon, trong 8 ngày ở đây tôi đã ăn sáng ở quán này đến 4-5 lần 🤤 Ngon hơn cả những quán nổi tiếng ở quận 1. Khu vực xung quanh Golden Tree vừa yên tĩnh, vừa an toàn lại rất nhiều nhà hàng tiện lợi.

10 minutes from the airport in a non touristic neighbourhood

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Ho Chi Minh is a lively city, and we were able to explore a lot just by walking around the neighbourhood. We visited different street markets and also went to the supermarket a few times to grab some supplies. One of the highlights of the area was the variety of local restaurants nearby – delicious food at very affordable prices! We recommend downloading the Grab app to get from the airport, as regular taxis tend to overcharge tourists. The ride isn’t long, and with Grab, the price is fair and reasonable. Leslie was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in, and everyone we met was super friendly. We ended up shortening our stay to visit other cities in Vietnam, but when we’re back in Ho Chi Minh, we’d definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I had a short but pleasant stay here which is conveniently located nearby the airport for my domestic trip in VN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. The room and services available was as described in the listing and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place not too far from the airport and city.

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

The place is roomy and very well-located in one of the most vibrant areas of the city. Van is very responsive. I enjoyed our stay.

The spot was lovely, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. If you're traveling solo, or with with a partner that is cool with a very small studio and sharing that kind of space, this is an exceptional value for your money. The building is clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the cleaning and security staff are friendly. The area is very residential, so mostly families. You will not be in the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City, and if that's what you're looking for, I would suggest staying elsewhere. That is not to say you don't have access to restaurants and shops. A short Grab ride away, you'll find wonderful places to eat, pharmacies, whatever you need. The studio, again, is very small. If you have no problem with that, it's an excellent little room with a comfortable bed, a nice enclosed balcony, a full kitchen (burners, sink, and a good sized refrigerator), and a roomy bathroom. Your host is very nice and responsive. In short, it is a great place to stay in Vietnam.

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too

The apartment itself was nicely decorated with the necessities for living. There is a daily cleaning service and the staff will do your laundry if asked. Everyone employed there was helpful and pleasant. A critique would be that the internet speed is inconsistent. As for the neighborhood, it feels much more local than the central parts of D3 or D1. I would say a more charming neighborhood than the developed center with businesses run out of the bottom floor of a family's house rather than larger storefronts. The place is about a 5-10 minute walk from Tan Dinh Church for reference. Although, getting to city center is a quick 12 min Grab bike ride, or longer if you use a car with traffic. Overall, I had a great month here.
