Take a break and enjoy the tranquility of scenic surroundings close to Gudenåen. The house oozes simplicity and relaxation, and is right for you, who weigh more than luxury. The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

LOVELY LITTLE ROMANTIC COTTAGE IN a great location at Femmøller Strand, Ebeltoft (Egil Fischer's holiday town). The house is 36 m2. In the house there is 1 double bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a man and a half bed. The house is located 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular ice house. The house is on a nice road with avenues in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Relax in a cozy and calm environment. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.

There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Sommerhuset har originalt køkken, badeværelse samt stor lys stue med udsigt til Julsø og Himmelbjerget. 2 soveværelser med dobbeltseng. I kælderen også 4 soveplader til de, som ikke er bange for edderkopper og kælderlugt. Egen bro til Julsø. Adgang til to kajakker og robåd. Vandrerute til Ry langs søerne. Man kan i robåden krydse søen og tage gåturen de 3 km til Himmelbjerget.

The house is cozy and partially modernized, has central heating and next to kitchen and bathroom contains of four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds - one room with a double bed and children's bed, three holding two single beds each. For bigger groups (min. 4 people) we offer breakfast with organic, local and homemade products, 125 kr/p.p. Please order well in advance!
