Das „Nordic Nest“ befindet sich in einem kleinen Stadthäuschen von 1800, mitten im historischen Zentrum von Aabenraa. Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind unmittelbar um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Arena Aabenraa mit Schwimmbad, Bowlingbahn und zahlreichen anderen Sportmöglichkeiten ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
