House was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the reviews are accurate if this place. I would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I felt was odd is how the host needed everyone’s passport photos. This was a first for me.

It's a perfect house, Mr. Birol helped us a lot, thanks to us, we stayed with 5 people, we were very comfortable, the house was immaculately clean, you can rent everything with peace of mind.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. Very beautiful house, cozy, clean, everything is thought out. Lovely yard. Responsive, friendly host. There is everything you need. A quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. Of the minuses, only low lighting, but so in almost all apartments and houses in Turkey :)

Our group of three couples had an incredible stay at this hidden gem. The villa offers perfect privacy with separate suites while providing tasteful gathering spaces around the pool. The mountain views were breathtaking, especially during sunset when we gathered for drinks on the terrace. We loved how peaceful and secluded it felt while still being close enough to explore Fethiye's attractions. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and arranged a lovely private boat tour for us.

Mr. Yasin is a helpful person. The ability to check in early saved our lives.

It was calm and peaceful compared to the center. The overwhelming temperature when you go down to the center is not living in the location of the house. The house is the same as in the visuals. It was very comfortable and comfortable. The size of the pool was also very good. As 6 adults and 3 children, it was a stay where we were very comfortable and able to have fun. The villa was really great and has a modern design. It was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. Omer was very helpful when we wanted to check in early. She put a lot of effort into making our stay perfect and recommended us a variety of places to visit and see. We stayed with our family and our two kids and the kids were very pleased as well. They care a lot about customer service and do their best to make sure guests have a good time. They are always available by phone and help immediately when we have needs or questions. The villa had all the equipment we needed and was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. During our stay, Omer contacted us to ask if the cleaning workers could come to pick up something from the storage room on the garage door. This made us feel the respect and trust they had with guests when we booked.

We had a lovely 2 weeks here! Left to enjoy our holiday but someone always there if we needed to ask questions! Villa is lovely and just as shown in the pictures. Mountain View is great! Local to shops and bars if you are good on your feet its walkable but perfect if you have a hire car or you can use the taxi call button and they come straight away :) We would have returned next year as we loved it however next year’s prices are too steep for us unfortunately. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

Amazing stay, had a beautiful pool and surrounding area, very well equipped with all the amenities for my family including my small baby. Weather was chilly so Cem equipped us with multiple heaters as well as the AC function for heating. Just would mention the pool isn’t heated so would be fine when weather is hot enough. Was a few power cuts but Cem kept us updated throughout. Will definitely be staying again!!

What a fabulous glamorous villa worth every penny, not far from Hisaranou strip about 10min walk. Emrah always responded promptly and very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. Local shops 4 min walk. We all as a family had a fabulous stay. An outstanding villa.

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

Great place for rest. We spent here a week with my kids and really enjoyed this place..

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ali for his hospitality. The house was as described. She provided a lot of products that I could count in the basic needs category for the kitchen and bathroom. (Oil,shampoo, dish soap, etc.) The view of the house and the view of the terrace were excellent. However, the pool is the place to say that it does not see any sun. The pool may be a little cold in September October, but this doesn't require breaking points. We were satisfied. See you again…

From day one great communication no problems getting to the Villa where we was greeted by Ulas who speaks English, lovely home and pool everything we needed was there, immaculate pool cleaned early everyday. We also was given a taxi number by the host very reliable and honest taxi driver was excellent for our 14 nights. Will need a taxi or vehicle to get to Calas Beach just down the road.

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

We were definitely very satisfied. Mr. Halil was very helpful with everything. The house was spotless and very peaceful and had all the necessary supplies. We felt like we were at home. It was also nice and calm in terms of location. We'd love to do it again. We would like to thank Mr. Halil for his help. We highly recommend it:))

A lovely stay in the beautiful villa. It was so peaceful with complete privacy. It was also only a short drive from the beautiful beaches. Around the corner 5 minutes walking there are a couple of local restaurants and shops, where we bought fresh vegetables. The host gave great recommendations such as Gemile beach where we got kayaks and explored local coves you could only reach by sea. Perfect stay!
