In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Ferienhütte Grimming

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

Hiking paradise, 13 peaks from the front door.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
