Eugenia was wonderful to work with. She communicated quickly and effectively, and was very accommodating to our arrival needs. Her place was beautiful, clean and charming. The property was conveniently located 3 minutes off of I-95 which made arrival and departure very easy. I would highly recommend her place to others, and would absolutely stay there again.

Great place to stay! I read other reviews mentioning of pet stains on carpet which was of no concern but when we arrived it looked like the unit had all new floors throughout with what looked like all new appliances and the building which gives you access to the unit had also had new carpets and and fresh paint to make for a nice new feel. Can't beat the location for access to harbor town and all the restaurants with only a short bike ride to the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

She was wonderful. That neighborhood is amazing with a near by park for kids and dogs to enjoy. Old town Bluffton is right down the road and cannot be beat. It is also centrally located to everything and 22 mins from the closest dog friendly beach on the island. We cannot wait to book again. She was fast to respond, clear instructions and a pleasure. Booking again soon!

This place is great. Just like the pictures. Very private. Beautiful views including wildlife sightings. Dolphin, deer… Everything was very comfortable and clean. Minutes from restaurants. Biking paths everywhere. Communication with owner when we arrived and left. We didn’t need anything. The best place to be.

Great place to stay! It was an easy walk to the beach. We appreciated borrowing the light weight beach chairs in the closet. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance too. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. The linens and towels were nice. The space has a pleasant, beachy vibe. Both bedrooms had nice workspaces. Each bedroom had a full bath and there was a 1/2 bath on the lower level. Lots of thoughtful touches. I liked the dinnerware and there was a lot of silverware. Each coffee cup had good morning on it in a different language so it was easy to keep track of my cup. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer look like new. Lots of information about the area was provided.

Good location. Can easily bike to the beach. Place was cozy and clean. We didn’t receive our welcome email so that was a bit disappointing when we were trying to check in on a Sunday after hours but we eventually got the information and all was good.

We loved staying at this condo! The convenience of walking out the door and being in Harbortown is unmatched!! Beautiful surrounding and loved watching the sunset on the back patio! Our host was very accommodating and flexible as well! We would love to stay here again!
