Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Himachal Pradesh

It’s been 6 years since the four of us spent time together at one place & we couldn’t ask for anything better. After 7 hours of road ride with many eventful incidences, we were warmly welcomed by Rajendraji & Arvindji with the best regional food we could ask for. (Such a homely feel it was!) They had gone out of their way to make our the dishes we asked :) (Thank you bhaiyas!) The stay itself was cozy & relaxing, would definitely want to stay here for longer period. (P.S. – Thanks to Sameerji for being an excellent long distance host, providing us with useful information & help – always!!)

I had a very pleasant stay at Woodhouse, I went there with my husband and 6 other family members. Very spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Very quite and peaceful surroundings. Dev was very helpful and always available. Dev's kitchen delicacies are a must try. 😋 Jibhi water fall and Mini Thaliland are on 40-45 minutes walk from Woodhouse. I really enjoyed the 10-15 minutes hike from parking to Woodhouse. View from the balcony is super amazing. One can sit there and spent whole day gazing those beautiful mountains while eating Dev's kitchen made tasty food. I would recommend to visit and stay at woodhouse once if planning to go to Jibhi. It was such a beautiful adventure to hike to Woodhouse and hike was average. If one is looking for good food and peaceful and private stay, Woodhouse is best to look for. Thank you so much Dev to make our stay so wonderful and memorable.

We had a great stay. Rohitash was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great- they included electric blankets and room heaters. Bathroom fittings were top notch. Suraj helped carry the luggage (property requires climbing up about 2-3 floors to access), and made excellent tea (at a small additional charge). Location is very peaceful, with fantastic views. Some of the rooms have microwave/induction stove etc. There's a common kitchen too, but ask for access. A few things to be aware of: - the main market, and therefore restaurants, are a bit of a walk away. And that walk includes a small section with a steep slope. Which is mostly ok, but walking up that path for dinner after an active day can feel daunting, depending on your fitness levels :-) - all the rooms are on one level, and the common areas (dining, kitchen, living) are on a different level. The stairs are not indoors. Not a big deal, but if you're there in the cold season, can be a bit if a nuisance.

It was one of the best Airbnb experiences for all three of us. Simply excellent. Amar was extremely helpful starting from the very first day when we arrived and he kindly helped us with all our luggage and the same for our check-out day. Highly recommend ! as this is the best Airbnb in Dharamshala for sure.

What can i say, this my home in manali, i don’t have to think even once. If the destination is manali , then this is the place where i am staying. I have had multiple stays at this place and it’s truly remarkable that the hosting standards vijju maintains are of the top class. You’ll feel like home , you’ll stay like home. The surroundings are lush and peaceful and view from the listing and the roof are absolutely beautiful. Its hard to usually find this listing available as its i guess favourite of many guests, but with a little planning, and communication with vijju , its gonna be fine. I must thank vijju and family for taking care of me always. Keep shining!!!

We had a great stay at Deepak’s place in shimla. The property is well-built with peaceful surroundings. Deepak as host is extremely welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. He guided us all through the way before check-in, provided suggestions on places to visit in and around shimla and also provided good home-cooked food. He is very nice host and made our stay a memorable one. Property is clean and spacious for 4 people with nice view of the valley as well. Also, there is sitting area at the terrace. There is parking space as well.

The property was beautiful and excellently maintained. The best thing (among many really good things) was the staff, each of whom were very helpful, proactive and polite. The view from the property is something to crave for. The food was superb as well. Would 100% recommend to shortlist this place when looking for classy and clean properties in Shimla.

The house was tidy, spotless, and well-maintained — everything was in place to cater to daily routine needs, making the stay hassle-free and comfortable. The location is absolutely beautiful, with excellent weather and a serene, peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The neighborhood was not only supportive and friendly but also very accommodating, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Daily essentials were easily available nearby, which was a huge convenience. All in all, a perfect blend of comfort, calm, and care. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

A Perfect Stay – Thanks to Kohal! My stay at Folkvang was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and had a warm, cozy vibe that instantly made me feel at home. From the peaceful surroundings to the well-equipped kitchen and comfy bed, everything was top-notch. What truly made this experience stand out was Kohal, our host. Attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful, he made sure every little detail was taken care of. We all felt like second home instantly as we moved in. My daughter rushed to check every other room and was thanking me to book such a beautiful place. She could find lot of stuffs to play like Uno, Chess, Cards, Monopoly. My wife and spent great time together in the big balcony. Thanks Naman for hosting us with full support.

I had a wonderful stay at Kailash Vista.The property is located at a beautiful location bang on the Rekongpeo-Kalpa road with a picturesque landscape overlooking the rooms. The host Bhisham was extremely nice & accommodating with our needs and looked after us very well. The rooms were very clean & tidy. Would look forward to going back and recommend it everyone. Overall an excellent stay with warm hospitality!

This is one place where we could really enjoy God’s created mountains. This is for now away from human destruction. You can see mountains without houses and garbage which is a rare sight these days. We have been to Rohtang and the mountains there are filled with garbage and human excretion. We have been to Simla, Manali, Dalhousie, McLeodganj, Kasauli, Mussoorie etc. However, all those mountains are weeping under the pressure of matchbox like construction. I doubt if the virginity of this place would remain so for long but it is worth enjoying till it is there. A humble request to visitors would be to not pollute the place and be decent enough to pick the garbage thrown by human beings.

It was a really nice stay. Big windows and neat balcony for an awesome view, liked being close to McLeod Ganj with being inside it. Shower room is a good size and clean. There was enough kitchen appliances for basic cooking. Bed was comfortable. Nice range of books(mainly in English)

We had a really great stay! The place was beautiful, with aesthetic interiors that made it feel cozy and thoughtfully designed. Amit and Aditi were incredibly friendly and approachable, always happy to help. One of the highlights was the detailed itinerary they provided—it had some amazing food recommendations and a great list of activities to do in Bir. It made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Bir!

If you’re looking for a cozy, private mountain retreat with amazing views, this is the perfect place. The property is exactly as shown in the profile - calm and beautiful. It's just a short hike to Naggar Castle, nearby temples, and also close to the local chawk and eateries, making it convenient for exploring. Initially planned to stay for a week but ended up extending my stay there. The owner's family lives on the property and they were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help with any requests. Siddharth was also very responsive, assisting with anything I needed. Just a note: The Wi-Fi is pretty good (40mbps), but if you’re planning a workation, it’s a good idea to have a strong mobile network to use your hotspot as a backup. I will surely choose this place again if I come back.

Great stay. The place is off the main road on a narrow stretch. Not very easy for a SUV to get around. Special mention to their caretaker Suman, who made super tasty and homely meals for us. Definitely recommend!

Easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. Fresh linens and towels were always provided, which made the stay super comfortable. The views are stunning, especially from the rooftop. It’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends or family and catch a beautiful sunset. The area around is peaceful and quiet, perfect if you’re looking to unwind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely a must-try. Ganesh, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and always happy to help. His hospitality really made the stay feel extra welcoming. The owners stay in the same building, but they never interfere and give you complete privacy throughout your stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place. A total hidden gem.
